Probably both. Smoking definitely, and drinking I'm not really fond of. Hangovers ruin my entire weekend tbh and I would rather spend that time writing. Maybe a glass of wine here or there but binge drinking I'm essentially done with because it just always leads to a shitshow

1) Don't binge drink. Moderation. Enjoy the drinks rather than blast your head.
2) Gatorade or similar post-drinking but before bed will help deal with hangovers.

I'm honestly just not a fan of drinking anymore. College ruined alcohol for me on soooo many levels
