Game Changers: Episode #6

At Nuku, Rose joined her new tribe while Leos planned on trying to convince everyone to get rid of the biggest threat, Danny.

Nuku won the reward. At Mana, the tribe members were overcome with emotions over their Survivor experiences. KC's personal story involving Mr C moves Maddie and Nofo enough to approach him for an alliance. At Nuku, Leos began making his moves against getting rid of Danny, recruiting both Vic and Patrick. Patrick apologized for leaving Leos out of the JJ vote and promised to be honest with him moving forward with plans of reaching the Final Tribal Council together.

Mana won their second immunity challenge in a row. At Nuku, Leos tried to convince Patrick again to get rid of Danny but Patrick acted conflicted due to his strategy of having big targets as a shield, causing Leos to believe Patrick and Danny had a secret alliance, which he exposed to the other tribe members, causing them to question the alliance. At Tribal Council, a desperate Leos outed Patrick as a transgender man, and tried to insinuate that Patrick's hiding this aspect of his life showed an ability to be deceitful. However, everyone else—including Probst—quickly and emphatically rebuked Leos for this tactic. After a long discussion, Leos apologized, and expressed shame and remorse for what he had done. Seeing that Leos' actions would clearly lead to his elimination, Probst took an open roll call from all of the players, and then eliminated Leos without a formal vote.

Game Changers: Episode #7

The day after Leos' elimination, host Jeff Probst announced that the tribes were merging; however, before the celebratory feast, the players were told that one player from Mana and Nuku had to sit out or else the tribe members would receive only crackers and iced tea. KC volunteered for Mana and Bryce volunteered for Nuku, and the tribes were merged. While their tribemates feasted, KC and Bryce reconnected and affirmed their alliance, with KC targeting DD and Boc, outsiders from the third Mana tribe. Rose later apologized to KC for her earlier outburst against him, and they realigned.

Though the rest of the tribe agreed to target DD and Boc , two smaller factions emerged within the majority: KC and Zersch's alliance with Rose, Bryce and Dylan, who wanted to eliminate Boc; and Nofo's alliance with Shadow and Patrick, who wanted to eliminate DD. Nofo began mentoring Boc in order to reduce the latter's target, and the two discussed becoming the first pair of African-American women to reach the final Tribal Council.

Shadow won the challenge. Back at camp, Zersch believed that DD had a hidden immunity idol, and conspired to split the votes between her and Boc. However, Nofo and Patrick worked to change the target from Boc to DD in order to save Boc. Ultimately, Nofo's plan won out and DD was eliminated, becoming the first member of the jury.




The next morning, Nofo and Boc solidified their alliance, and Nofo tried to rally Maddie, Shadow, Boc, Danny, Vic, and Patrick together against KC and Zersch. However, Patrick felt like he had become a subordinate to Shadow and Nofo, and considered betraying them.

Shadow, Rose, Danny, Bryce, Dylan and Patrick won the challenge. While at the spa, Patrick began lobbying against Shadow and Nofo, but Rose was skeptical.

Bryce outlasted Danny to win immunity. Back at camp, Patrick told Zersch that she was being targeted by Nofo's alliance. Zersch told Nofo that Patrick told her about their plans, which prompted Nofo to target Patrick. However, Rose decided to target Danny instead for his strength in challenges, and she rallied KC, Zersch, Vic, Bryce, and Dylan together. Vic found herself caught between Rose's and Nofo's factions; at Tribal Council, Vic sided with Rose, who used her extra vote to ensure Danny's elimination.
