San Juan Fantasy: Episode 2

As the Coyopa tribe returned to camp after voting out Tricks, Vic explained to Matt that he voted for her to remove suspicion that the two were working together. The next morning, at Hunahpu, the tribe realized that they had lost their flint. At the reward challenge, Leos beat Patrick in rock-paper-scissors, giving Coyopa the right to pick the representatives for the duel; Leos picked himself, and his girlfriend DD faced him for Hunahpu.

DD handily beat Leos, and chose Curtis to join him on Exile Island. Before the tribes left, Hunahpu attempted to bargain with Jeff for a new flint, offering their remaining supply of beans. Jeff, with nothing to lose, put Hunahpu's newly-won fishing gear on the line, which the tribe eventually accepted as trade. At Coyopa, with Leos exiled, the tribe discussed his hidden past as a baseball player, and Drr brought up controversial statements he made about minority groups. While this made Leos a target to some, Vic admitted that having someone more outspoken and unpopular around may be better for his game. At Exile Island, Curtis picked the urn with the clue, but shared it with Leos under the proviso that they protect each other's loved ones upon returning to camp.

With a score of 5–4, Coyopa lost their fourth consecutive challenge. Upon returning to camp, JJ and Leos affirmed their alliance but JJ lied to Leos, claiming to have two hidden idols to keep herself and Raptor safe. Leos decided to look for the hidden immunity idol using Curtis' information, which he found. Leos, still believing in JJ's idols, organized a split vote between JJ and Matt to flush one of JJ's idols. While, at Tribal Council, JJ attempted to rally support against Matt, deemed untrustworthy after voting out Tricks, the vote was split evenly between JJ and Matt. Since JJ had no idol to play, she was left vulnerable during the re-vote, and was voted out for her duplicity.
