Everyone at the party soon caught wind of what was happening, so Roger addressed everyone at the same time.

"We have a bit of a situation. My wife, the lovely Jessica Rabbit, has been kidnapped and her captors left a note for me to come here and wait for further instructions.

I'm afraid that until the situation has been resolved, I'll have to ask everyone to stay here, but there's plenty of food and refreshments so help yourself.

My wonderful friend, Eddie Valiant will be looking into the situation."

"That's right," Eddie said as he shoveled the last bit of cake from his plate into his mouth. "In a moment, I'll begin to…"

"Begin to what?" Roger asked.

"Oh my god," someone shouted. "He's choking!"

"P-p-p---" Eddie tried to talk.

"Pomegranates!? Popsicles!? Petunias?!" Roger guessed. "What are you trying to say, Eddie?"


"P-p-poison!" Eddie was finally able to spit out before falling to the floor, dead.


"Oh no!" Roger exclaimed. "This just got a whole lot worse!"

Roger addressed everyone again.

"So what I said earlier about plenty of food and refreshments…maybe don't. Also, I'm pretty sure this means that Eddie's killer and Jessica's captors are here, right in this very room..."

It is now Day 1. With 27 alive, it takes 14 to lynch. Plurality is in effect.
