"Chapter 2: It's always darkest before a death."

Grandpa looked at his young grandson. "Well, that was quite gruesome... sorry you had to hear that."

The grandson sat up straight. "It's okay, I'm fine. I'm glad no one 'important' died. It was just an old homeless lady."

Grandpa gave his grandson a look and started to respond... but he just shook his head and decided to move on.

"Okay, let's continue."


High above the town, one person looked out one of the Palace windows and pondered on the previous day's slaughter.
"That poor woman. I am very lucky to be shielded from violence down in the streets of Florin." she thought to herself.

As she made her way to her room, she noticed the torches which usually illuminated the hallway weren't lit. Making a mental note to notify her maid to take care of this, she opened the door to her suite. No candles were lit - it was completely dark. This didn't look right...

As she took a step backward, she felt something - or someone - behind her. As she slowly turned to see who it was her breath caught in her throat - and she felt something strong choking the breath out of her. She gasped and clawed but to no avail. Finally she slumped to the floor.

In the morning the Palace guards discovered her body.

"Oh, another old lady. I guess that's not so bad", reasoned the Grandson

"She wasn't just an old lady. She was the Queen!" said Grandpa.

"But she didn't have any special powers."

Grandpa chuckled. "Okay, but she was part of town. It's always bad when the 'good guys' die."

"I guess," said the Grandson.

"Settle in," said Grandpa. "There's more to come..."

RIP Queen Rodney.

Why one death?

Did anyone else read TTs flip and realize he escaped a Miller like troll role but at the same time wish someone like spin would have had that role so we could have watched an epic bitchfest postgame?
