The Joker origin movie we've talked about somewhere before. With Joaquin Phoenix who is gr8. Todd Phillips is a dumb director choice on paper tho, I don't get it

He released a small teaser today, it's just some screen test footage they shot

"Beyond that, we got confirmation on the full cast. Aside from Joaquin Phoenix, the ensemble includes. Zazie Beetz (Deadpool 2), Bill Camp (Molly's Game), Frances Conroy (Castle Rock), Brett Cullen (Narcos), Glenn Fleshler (Barry), Douglas Hodge (Red Sparrow), Marc Maron (Glow), Josh Pais (Going in Style), and Shea Whigham (Kong: Skull Island). They also confirm that Oscar-winner Robert De Niro will star in the movie."

first DC movie I've been excited for since Nolan's trilogy tbh, looks good. And I'm a sucker for trailers with gr8 song choices like that

idk if I'm completely convinced but boy am I intrigued. I APPLAUD the risk they're taking with this (I mean, as much of a risk as a movie with the Joker can be)

God I want this to be good. I have faith. I just don’t wanna get Man of Steel’d again by a great trailer. I trust Joaquin to pick good scripts at this point tho
