It's Thors' Day, so it is time for a poll. We're looking at mythological cycles today!
In looking through the myths, legends, and stories of various deities over time, which of the following do you think has the most interesting gods/goddess/spirits/legends?
(For purposes of this discussion, we're not discussing the validity of any of these- this isn't a religion discussion, but a story discussion. For example, from a story perspective, the Bible has some crazy ass stories (people being turned into pillars of salt, babies being sent down river in baskets and rescued by Pharoh's daughter, talking snakes, etc.). So again, this isn't a religious discussion but about the stories themselves. | | How can you have any pudding if you won't eat your meat? |

I love the stories. I think a lot of it comes from when I was in first grade and read the D'Aulaires' Book of Greek Myths. Granted, that is a pretty sanitized version, but I found the stories fascinating and even reconciled at the time the myths with my Catholic upbringing.
