That's what I assumed. |
Rib tips are typically pork, and I believe its the end caps from the pork spare ribs.
Burnt ends are from the "point" portion of a beef brisket.
They are not the same thing. | |

I do leg quarters on the grill. Sometimes the wife does em in the oven. Pretty quick and easy compared to other BBQ items. | |
