These are all movies I find myself going back and rewatching. I love them dearly so if you hate them I hate you.


ANASTASIA is a classic 20th Century Fox film trying to be a Disney film about the Russian royal Anastasia. It stars Meg Ryan, John Cusack, Hank Azaria, Bernadette Peters, and a lot of stars. It's wonderful.

EASY A is about a high school girl who gets a reputation for being a slut despite the fact that she's still a virgin. It's a really funny comedy starring Emma Stone. Think sorta Mean Girls esque.

THE IRON GIANT is an animated movie about a young boy who finds a giant metal man who has crashed onto the earth. It's hilarious and heartwarming and everyone should see it once.

GALAXY QUEST is the world's best parody movie. It stars Tim Allen, Alan Rickman, and Sigourney Weaver as former actors of a Star Trek type show when they're approached by legitimate aliens. It's so fucking funny.

SLITHER is a B horror movie or whatever those are called starring Nathan Fillion as a cop in a small town where some weird alien plant arrives and starts doing evil shit. It's not the best movie but it is a great one. It's got some great laughs and I think it's pretty self-aware, which I always like in a not-so-perfect horror movie.

I've seen Galaxy quest and Easy A so my vote went with Slther or Iron Giant.

I just don't even care to see Anastasia, umm but please don't kill me Brian.

I haven't seen Easy A, but feel like it's definitely one I should watch.

Voted Easy A (still haven't seen for some reason) and Slither. I've seen the other three, but haven't seen Galaxy Quest or Iron Giant in years and would gladly watch again

These are usually movies I steer away from (aside from The Iron Giant because that’s great no matter what anyone says). But I’m willing to give a couple a shot. Galaxy Quest doesn’t at all look appealing to me. Considering I already can’t stand most princess films (Cinderella and The Little Mermaid are atrocious), I’ll also give a pass to Anastasia.

But Easy A looks funny and I like Emma Stone as well as Mean Girls - my not-so-subtle guilty pleasure. And I’ll never say no to horror; I may not like a lot of it, but I’ll never say no. So Slither and Easy A It is!
