I left it up to your own interpretations because mine might be different than yours. I would say vanilla would be plain/simple/boring maybe?

I am picking rocky road (and I do like that flavor) because I think I'm kind of bold like chocolate (outspoken, etc) and I have a soft side (marshmallows) but also a prickly or rocky side (nuts), so I'm not just smooth like chocolate.

The last two flavors, Honey Lavender and Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons, are from a Portland ice cream shop called Salt & Straw. Pretty good place.

There are supermarket-brand imitations that aren't too far off that are pretty good.
