i loved elena as a character so much but i don't know why.

also it was weird seeing michaela coel switch over from chewing gum into her role here.
i really enjoyed it though and i think she did a great job.

i really liked this episode and it took me a minute to connect that daley was going to be stuck in his little game for the company's ten day break so he'd just DIE THERE.
harsh.
but i liked it.

Man was this one great (I'm going in episode order so it's all I've seen)

This one intrigued me the most based on the quick promo spots I saw because it seemed so out there and I wondered how it'd fit into this universe. Ended up working perfectly. I knew nothing about it so the twists took me by surprise. Loved the reveal of a much less studly looking Plemons in the elevator, but especially loved the reveal that the crew was self aware

There were so many levels to this and it kept going deeper and deeper. First feeling bad for Daly at the very start and then starting to think he's a creep and then loathing him and THEN realizing he's gonna die alone in that chair...which is brutal and I can't say he deserves DEATH for what he did. Which gets into the whole conflict of seeing the copies as real people or not etc etc. It's a lot to digest. And it's always sad to see someone who's bullied turn into a cock themselves because of it, but man was Daly awful. That's a type of character that I haven't seen explored to this degree too much

And you go through a similar range of feelings towards Walton which was cool. And Cristin Milioti was really great, loved the line about him taking away her pussy. Lots of funny bits like that throughout

I also loved how it went from campy/awful Star Trek episodes spoofs into an actual Star Trek level space adventure in the last 20 minutes with real stakes. The way it flipped it on its head was perfect

It was great. Top tier

the aaron paul cameo was the only part i didn't like very much - it brought me out of it (although it's the very end so i guess that's fine)

overall i really loved this episode.

i do feel bad that real life main character girl will find out that her boss died the night she broke in and fucked with him, and she'll never know the full story.

really liked this one, felt a bit Nosedive-ish to me in its slightly more comedic tone.

There was a bit more suspension of disbelief with their liberties taken with technology (e.g. DNA somehow saving people's memories, internet connection within the game, wormhole stuff) than the usual Black Mirror episode but it was so fun it didn't really matter

The whole cast was great here, especially liked Jesse Plemons hamming it up as the villain.

He definitely didn't quite deserve that fate but that definitely kept in tone with prior episodes.
Was actually surprised the crew made it out though, is that like the third happy ending this show has had?

Aaron Paul cameo was hilarious

Going at them in order, what a great start to the season. I love the girl from chewing gum so I was happy to see her in this episode, she was great.

The mom from HIMYM was so hilarious, I loved her character. Apparently there was a kirsten dunst cameo in this? I must have missed it, I don't remember seeing her.

Extremely weak episode. One of the weakest in the series. They're reusing the cookie concept far too much for my liking. It's getting really stale and it's a shitty crutch to rely on. There wasn't much depth either...he's trying to play God with his coworkers, we get it. It had some good moments and it was easy to watch but it felt like a shitty movie you'd see in American theaters. Happy ending and all. Don't get me wrong it had dark moments (him transforming people into shit and some of dat shit). I get what they were going for in this episode but it really didn't have the darkness/hard hitting impact that other episodes do.
