Yes you will be. And it'll also affect online businesses based in the US which will have some knock-on effect globally (our company launched in America this year so it's a little troubling). It also might encourage other conservative governments to follow suit, not that our current one has any kind of mandate or majority to propose something like this right now.
But really it's a terrible thing that will stifle free access to information in an age where said information is already heavily tainted. Not a great outlook. | | |

Odds are the websites are hosted all over the world on different servers. So FE could be hosted on a server in SF, Ottawa, London, and Beijing at the same time. Your traffic will be routed to the closest server hosting the site. |
