Ground rules:

It's one day max, but if it's just a specific few hour event you can just partake in that.
It will happen the exact same as the previous time. No changing anything, just reliving it.
I am sure a lot of situations fall under multiple but pick the most specific one.

Not sure how much fun it'll be going back to my birth. I don't have a lot of memories from that day.

But I picked a family gathering for my wedding day to fall under. Best day of my life, aside from the actual wedding part even. We partied deep into the morning from the night before. I got about 2-3 hours sleep before getting ready for the wedding and then the reception, was one of the best times of my life in regards to 300 people all having a great time.

So for overall day, I would pick that "dat" for a specific moment I would go a different direction.
