Don't vote for the country you currently live in, that's against the rules

Other: Argentina
If I were to retire and just want to fade out of the world, I'd find a small piece of land in NW Argentina, between the many vineyards, in the foothills of the high Andes, and eat amazing food and drink incredible wine for the rest of my days.

That sounds very nice indeed. Why Argentina over other Spanish speaking countries?
I'd say Australia for me, but the heat would probably drive me nuts. And fuck those fucking bugs they have over there.
Maybe Ireland, the music is good. Or Canada. I have family over there.
But thinking about it, I'd probably go with Italy or Greece. Lots of history in both countries, and a nice climate

This is tough tbh. I think it’s a much different answer from where would I most like to vacation to

UK. I was there for a month last year and loved every minute of it. I loved being in london and even an outer city was great. I would definitely struggle driving there, the entire left side of the road + like everyone drives manual; it would be hell. Also the roundabouts, I was in Colchester and there was a roundabout within a roundabout. I wanted to die.

I would live on the london tube system if I could. I was in love minus a couple of them were literally saunas

I've never been on the tube system but I'd never have imagined someone would want to live on it!

The fact it's Spanish speaking had no bearing, as, well, I don't speak Spanish.
I spent a couple of weeks there for work a while back, and could easily see myself ending up there eventually.
If I was moving somewhere right now, I'd definitely pick an English-speaking country, to make life easier. Maybe Canada? Vancouver and Calgary would both be nice options.

I'm looking for the best combination of nice climate, language that I either know or can learn easily enough, and food that I can get by on. It's looking grim for me

I went in thinking I'd choose the UK, but I randomly picked Iceland. Spur of the moment decision.

Iceland is #1 on my list of countries I want to visit for a vacation. However, I'm pretty certain I wouldn't want to live there, as I'm not a fan of seafood, so I'd feel like Curtis does everywhere.
