I've seen the shitty movie.

Yeah the movie sucked. Series was lit tho

I’d choose water, I feel like it’d be the most versatile substance.

FIRE with earth bending as a close second. Firebending is neat and even if it's a militaristic dictatorship the Fire Nation doesn't sound like a bad place to live. Water Tribes are lame, Air nomads are dead, and the Earth Kingdom has Lake Laogi.

I'm trying to think what would be the most useful/exploitable.
And there's not many that seem useful outside of a fight.
I might pick air bending? idk how fast they traveled but if you could fly really quickly and travel anywhere in the world, that would be cool and possibly exploitable
But then again if everyone knew you had powers you'd be a target, so its tough

was definitely hoping this was a thread about the elements on the periodic table

only on a full moon! And its very tricky!

Much easier to just burn up everything

Yes. Give S1 a little bit, it's a slow starter imo but very much on par with a lot of live-action shows, especially later on.

Earthbender.

Imagine all the stuff you could build.

I haven't seen the series, but I hear it's really good.
