The citizens of Pawnee woke to a sugar free city. Chocolate and candy had been pulled from every grocery store and local park. You could not find any indication of Sweetums in the town of Pawnee and this was horrible news. More than 50% of the city was employed by Sweetums and now they were jobless. This made the town angry. It was too early to tell where their anger would be directed at but Leslie Knope was definitely an easy choice.
