This is pretty much how I expected it to end the first time. Or I thought he was gonna get gunned down by the police and she'd get away with it all. That would've been so brutal
I'm so glad we got TSA Rod showing up. The cruiser door opening and saying TSA on it might honestly be one of the most crowd pleasing moments in film
That was.... great. I went into this movie very blind having no idea what it was about at all so I was extremely confused over what the movie was supposed to be exactly. Which made it all the more good when it unraveled itself. Weird fucking plot to be sure but god damn if I didn't jump out of my seat in joy when that cop car ended up being a airport security car. I was so scared it was going to end as the cop from the beginning of the movie shooting Chris.
I was also surprised at the happy(ish) ending. The two being Grandma and Grandpa were pretty interesting, though not sure why they were treated as help rather than part of the family. Maybe that was just to keep suspicions low. Wasn't too scary though, though I am curious what would have happened when the other cops showed up.
"So, uh, what are we saying here? If we save LA from a nuclear bomb, then you and I can get together for dinner and a movie?"
