Let's do a musical, FE.

We always do some collaborative projects towards the end of the year, and this is an idea for one that I have had for a while, inspired by the FE cover of Bohemian Rhapsody.

Basically, the gist of it is that we create our own songs based on FE related subjects and compile them into a big music video. The songs could cover all sorts of FE related subjects, such as songs about GHBers, NDIM, or even the excellent adventures of Jefferey Fernandis.

The rough plan on how to proceed would look something like this this:

Stage 1: Everyone sends me a number of FE related writing prompts
Stage 2: Lyricists are assigned a number of these writing prompts and tasked with writing a lyric for a song based on them
Stage 3: Completed lyrics are assigned to composers to be set to music
Stage 4: Completed music with a melody and words is then given to performers to sing
Stage 5: Completed songs are sent to me
Stage 6: Actors are then assigned a song to create a music video for, either in a group, or individually.
Stage 7: I compile it all together, and we release it roughly around Christmas.

The above plan isn't set in stone. We'll probably figure the best approach to this out as we go, but this should give you the general idea.

The roles we will require would be:

1 - Lyricists (Requirements: Pen and paper)
2 - Composers (Requirements: Some means of recording audio, plus knowledge of music, and the ability to play an instrument. Or neither of those latter two things)
3 - Performers (Requirements: Some means of recording audio, a good voice, or an absolutely abysmal one)
4 - Actors (Requirements: A video camera, and a willingness to make an ass out of ones self for everybody on FE to see)

Anyway, this is simply a gauge of interest. If you wish to sign up, post below and state what role or roles you would be willing to fill
