Badger wakes up, a little groggy, with a headache.

He remembers a shadowy figure entering his home and hitting him over the head. He looks around, trying to get his bearings and notices he's in some kind of old factory, lying on what appears to be a conveyor belt.

He tries to sit up but soon realizes he can't move his hands, or his arms, or his legs. Wherever he is, it's also really warm. He's sweating.

The conveyor belt starts to slowly move and Badger begins to panic. The only part of his body he can move is his head, which he raises to see that the conveyor belt leads directly into a burning oven!

As he struggles to free himself, he spots a figure in a dark corner of the room. No doubt the person responsible for this.

"You won't get away with this!" Badger shouts.

"Oh, but it's too late," the shadowy figure responds. "I already have."

This is the end, Badger realizes as the soles of his shoes start to heat up. This is how I die.

But then he remembers something, and he smiles.



Then he's engulfed in flames.






A dark alleyway:

"What a perfectly wonderful evening" she says to herself as she takes a short cut through an alley back to her car. She's been out doing what she loves, she doesn't care about the state of the city, and the fear and the panic that's been spreading like wildfire. She’s not going to let those troubles interefere with her life. She likes the darkness. She’s not afraid. Because she knows she’s going to be just fine. She always is. This is her city. This isn’t her first---

KAAABBBBOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!

An explosion at a nearby building knocks her into a wall. She hits her head hard and is killed instantly.






Badger has died.

Angi has died.

The day will last until 10pm est Thursday, just under 24 hours.
