You awaken in a dimly lit room. You have no idea what you're doing here, and you're feeling a bit dizzy. You run your fingers through your hair in confusion, feeling a warm substance which could only be blood. Your eyes scan the room. Apart from the simple cot in which you sit, the only other things of note you see are a lit candle sitting atop a crate and a large wooden door. You hear footsteps approaching. Someone's coming!

Do You:

A: Blow out the candle.
B: Hide beneath the cot.
C: Use the crate to barricade the door.
D: Sit still and wait for the door to open.

(this is first come, first serve. The first person to post an action will be the hero and will play until they complete their story or die. each person only has one chance to uncover the mysteries of...wherever the hell you are!)

As the footsteps draw nearer you begin to panic. Think, Curtis, Think. You grab the candle and begin to expect the room for any secrets or trapdoors but you realize there's no use. Your eyes spot the crate and suddenly, you have an idea. You easily slide the wooden box beside the door and then step back. Hopefully that was enough to keep them out! With a single push the door crashes open, slamming the crate against the wall and breaking it into pieces. You stare at the figure that had the strength to do such a thing. Rippling muscles make up most of his enormous body mass, and his shadow creepily towers over you in a frightening manner. He looks at the box before looking back at you, a smirk forming on his face.

"You really thought a fuckin' box would keep ME away?"

No, you thought, you don't even know who this guy is! You clutch your candle tightly, pondering whether or not to make a move.

Do You:

A: Attack the man with the candle.
B: Attempt to run past the man.
C: Ask who the man is.
D: Do nothing.

You swing the candle in a menacing manner but man no harm to the man. "WHO ARE YOU!? STAY BACK!" You shout. The man (whom you now notice is dressed entirely in white) pulls a walkie talkie from his belt and speaks into it. "He's at it again. We'll need to monitor him for a little bit." The man turns back and smiles. "Why, Curtis? Don't you remember? Don't you remember where you are? It's me, it's Viktor. I'm your friend. We're all friends here. I just needed to give you your medicine for today, that's all. Just relax. It'll all be okay." Viktor pulls out a syringe containing an ominous green substance. The needle seems much longer than any syringe you've ever seen before...

Do You:

A: Comply with the treatment.
B: Resist the treatment.

You take a deep, calming breath. Needles have never worried you. "There there Curtis, that wasn't so bad, was it?" Viktor says, patting you on the back. His brows furrow as he notices the wound on your head. "This needs to be checked out immediately. Do you remember how this happened?" You shake your head, not remembering much of anything. Viktor leads you outside and you're blinded by the white light that seems to radiate from the walls. After what seems like forever you arrive in the medical bay. A small plaque reads "Dr. V. Pojon, PhD" Pojon? you think, Where have I heard of Pojon before?

Viktor Pojon speaks up. "If you don't mind, Curtis, please lay down on this bed. That head injury looks killer." He gestures towards a hospital bed. You immediately notice the restraints. Your eyes scan the room. Something doesn't feel right here...

Do You:

A: Lie in the bed.
B: Make up an excuse and head back to your room.
C: Scream for help.
