A new reality show on sci-fi, premieres tonight at 10. I'm still confused on the concept but I know it's a competition that pits players living in the future vs. those living in the past. Anyone going to watch?

Never heard of it...off to google because the concept isn't really making sense to me.

I saw some commercials for it and was kind of interested in it.

I don't think anything else is on tonight so I'll give it a watch.

So reading up on it, there are two teams. Each week they compete in a challenge the determines whether they live in the luxurious future or the less-luxurious, primitive past. They also compete in challenges that determines who stays and who goes home. Player popularity is measured by tweets using the hashtag "#oppositeworlds". The most liked player will earn a reward and the least liked player will be punished, or perhaps vice versa! We also get to decide on rewards and punishments and vote for a Decider who has a say in who is eliminated.

It seems like it's just syfy's twist on the luxury/poor twists we have seen in International Big Brother seasons.

Still something I want to check out.

I didn't even notice the typo. It was more why would you want to be a youth boxing coach.

Each time I catch a commercial for this it interests me. Seems like a cool concept. I think I'll throw it on to check it out
