If each season, the winner was the first boot and the first boot was the winner. Hatch is the first person voted out of Borneo and Sonja beats B.B. Anderson in the finale
Tribes and merge/jury numbers stay the same, so Ulong dominates Palau and Koror is massacred, with only WILLARD making the merge
Which seasons become interesting this way? Are any of them BETTER? | |

Allstars. Tina beats Rudy in the finals. The Jury consists of:
3rd Place - Jenna
4th Place - Rob C
5th Place - Hatch
6th Place - Sue
7th Place - Colby
8th Place - Ethan
9th Place - Jerri
Rob M doesn't make the finals, maybe he never comes back. Rupert doesn't make it far. Lex and Kathy get screwed, but it looks like a fun season if you consider your mindset/feelings towards the players during 2004 | | |

I think you'd have to reverse the placements on the original seasons first, so the All-Star cast would be a ridiculous band of misfits with Debb Eaton winning. | | |
