After Samm left the group, Curtis gathered everyone around. "It's time!" he said excitedly. "To Santa's village we go."



Curtis led the group of travelers down a steep hill, eventually coming out to a cobblestone path. Each one of the twelve filed in line and followed the path curiously. Dylan and DD walked linking arms, Ari scooched along leaving a trail of dripping snow behind him, Patrick's wooden hooves clinked and echoed off of the cobblestone, and the ground shook under Bryces heavy, gigantic footsteps.

When they rounded a bend in the path, they reached their destination. Before them was a gigantic wooden gateway, with a sign above an arch that read: "Santa's Village"

"We're here!" Curtis proclaimed. He approached the door, reached up on a golden tassel, and rang a loud bell. After a moment of silence, the heavy doorways opened up, revealing the majestic city to the twelve travelers.

The village was buzzing with life. Small elves of all ages, shapes, and sizes ran from here to there, as busy as they've ever been. Everyone within had smiles on their faces, and stopped to nod and bow at the twelve new visitors. Smoke billowed from fireplace chimneys, colored lights adjourned each and every house, and cheerful music filled the streets. Everyone looked on in astonishment. The music made KC vomit.

Main Quest

Welcome to Santa's Village! Time to earn some presents. Which do you wish to explore?

As the twelve set off on their own for a few, Curtis went to find the big man himself, Santa Claus. Curtis had met Santa years earlier in some expository backstory that wasn't too important. Santa was the real deal, and was everything you have ever pictured him to be. He was the kindest, most gentle man on Earth.

"GOD DAMNIT MOTHER FUCKER!!!!!!!!!!" yelled Santa.

Curtis peered into Santa's small, cozy house. Santa stormed around the room as Mrs. Claus sat in a wooden rocking chair, silently weeping to herself.

"Uhh......Santa?" Curtis asked.

"AH FUCK!...oh my, Curtis. You scared the living daylights out of me!" exclaimed Santa. "I wasn't expecting you here so soon."

"Is everything alright?" asked Curtis cautiously.

"I'm afraid not young lad. A terrible thing has happened. A terrible thing indeed. My reindeer...they've been kidnapped!"

" :o !!!" said Curtis. "By who?!"

"I have a few ideas...but I can't be certain. Someone very dangerous. Someone who wants to destroy the spirit of Christmas for the rest of us. Without my nine reindeer...I'm afraid....."

Mrs. Claus began to weep again.

"...I'm afraid Christmas will have to be cancelled this year."

This sent shockwaves through the village, as Santa's voice boomed out. Each elf stopped what they were doing and began to wail out cries. The twelve travelers piled into Santa's house behind Curtis to see what was the matter.

"CANCELLED?! But you can't cancel Christmas!" Greenday yelled.

"I'm afraid this madman has left me no choice. Though there is....one thing we could try." Santa pondered momentarily. "You there! Kind elf boy, bring me....the prototype."

Santa was pointing at Vic, who had no idea what was going on. "Oh uh..I'm not one of your elves." he said.

Four elves burst into the room carrying an object hidden beneath a sheet. They set it down on a wooden table and left the room. Santa approached it and unveiled the object. A jet pack.

"A jet pack?" Paco asked.

"A jet pack." responded Santa. "Without my reindeer...this is our only shot."
