Extremely excited for this movie. The Lord of the Rings trilogy is by far my favorite set of movies. I can't wait for this. Even more so now that I've seen Martin Freeman in Sherlock. He should be good as Bilbo

You didn't see Hitchhikers? He was brilliant in it.

He was good in HitchHiker's but he's good in everything. Martin Freeman is a British legend (made his debut in the original version of the Office too).
THOUGH THE HITCH-HIKER'S BOOK IS BETTER THAN THE MOVIE that deserves another thread at some point.
Hobbit, yeah I'm down for it. Won't be as good as LOTR though.

Of course, the book or in this case books are always better.

It's sorta like the whole post is always best but sometimes you want the TL;DR

But with HitchHikers the tl;dr is glorious since it's the greatest work of fiction ever produced (yeah I'm saying this in a LOTR thread, deal with it).

I've been watching the behind the scenes videos as they show up. Can't wait for this movie! | A lesson without pain is meaningless. That's because no one can gain without sacrificing something. But by enduring that pain and overcoming it, he shall obtain a powerful, unmatched heart. A fullmetal heart. |

I can't wait for this movie. I am so fucking stoked.
And I like the Hitchhikers guide movie, because it's very different from the book. Douglas Adams had a hand in writing the screenplay though. So it's a good different. They have their own little flavours.
I love the LOTR movies. Extended versions is the only way to go.
I'm sure I'll be watching extended Hobbit as well.

I've been watching the behind the scenes too. Hopefully it will still feel like LOTR.
