So I know a bunch of people here are talking about work etc.
Just wondering where you all work or what you're hoping to do?
As some of you know, I quit my job earlier this year (I finished at the end of February) to focus on developing NDim which is the software that this board (and lab/ATTWS2) runs on. I started making it a couple of years ago and I'm hoping that something comes out of it.
Generally I do computing work, specialising in software development but with more of a history in web development. Not earning at the moment, living purely off my savings. I'll probably look into freelance web/app development towards the end of the year if nothing else comes around.
I'd rather avoid employed work altogether for the time being.

I don't do anything. Technically, I'm still in school, but it's summer and I took the spring semester off, so I've been home since late December. I guess I could say that I work at my family's tailoring/dry cleaning business, but I don't really do much there except look pleasant and help my grandmother if she needs it.

I have a job doing Construction Testing/Inspection. It is mostly field testing of concrete before they pour it, but there are other on site and lab tests I have done as well. I am looking for another job though, as I have an engineering degree and a construction management certification. This technician job was one of the only things available when I was looking, but since then I have talked with a lot of companies about positions where my degree/certificate would be used (mostly project engineer positions).

I just finished my first year of graduate school at The College of William & Mary. During the school year I'm pretty busy with a classes, research, and teaching. The masters program is entirely funded and I even get a stipend so that's pretty cool. I received my undergraduate degree in business and my plan is to get a PhD in Organizational Behavior. It's a field that combines everything I love about business and everything I love about psychology while removing the stuff I don't really care about (e.g. neuroscience)
Just wrapped up my summer teaching so I'll be looking deeper into PhD programs over the next month or so until school starts up again. | "They come. They fight. They corrupt. They destroy. It always ends the same." |

But I play soccer on a scholarship for my college and I'm also a drummer...just met with some recording contractors and they fished my info to their record producer...guess they liked me! =D

Jokes aside, I'm seriously happy for you Mike, that's super cool!!!
And no Curtis, not yet. Go see the other thread I kind of explained. But, I do play for my church and we have a live video stream so...more than likely you could tune in and listen to me play. But I don't know what the sound quality is like and also it's worship music...so your soul would probably turn to ash.
