Also Rose told me about this Quiet Year game the other day. The game theyre playing to start things off. Its the perfect missing link for a game Ive been itching to run for FE for...five years?? Ive never quite been able to figure out how I wanna do it but his has motivated me again so maybe we'll be playing some Quiet Year in out future here, tbd! Hopefully the boys make it sound fun, it seems like it would be

I liked it though! Quiet Year seems fun and Griffin’s story seems promising. Didn’t miss Travis! Felt him backseat DMing here a bit

Good ep. Probably better than the first since they knew what they were doing a bit more and could jump right into it. Can’t believe they just got onto Summer after two episodes though, this prologue stretch is gonna take a bit longer than I thought. I’m eager to see how they translate it to their game world

I listened to all these over the weekend and have been loving it. Literally pulled the perfect card.

These were fine. But I'm glad there is a shorter version for newcomers cuz 5 episodes of a boardgame is a hard pill to swallow.

But I liked how the story was formed in narration at the end.

I agree with this.

Love this so far getting real Balance vibes from it. All the crew together immediately and not a lot of overexplaining... Which I guess comes from there being a whole prologue but still!

Justin's character is great. Just a banger. Clint is good and Travis I'll get used to. Lol

Also them referencing the Great Adventure by Steven Curtis Chapman... Oof that brings me back.
