Hello friends!

I’m still in the works for a cute (and bloody) battle royale esque rpg. I’m posting this VERY early tho because I’m still in the works and would love to know how many people would participate so I can get a good sized map for the blood bathe.

My goal for this is to have new DnD people play and have fun and not be totally overwhelmed while DnD vets still have fun with it.

Think of Hunger Games, but board game style!

I will warn though, this probabaly will take a long time? But not necessarily a ton of effort on your part. Basically my thought is everyone who participates will be in a turn-based style of play. When it’s your turn you will have 24 hours to do ... well in DnD fashion, whatever you want! Move around the map, hide, attack other players etc!

The “long” part comes in because I think I will have to post during and in between every persons turn. And depending on how many people play it could be a few days before it’s your turn again?

I’m open to suggestions for this, but not sure how else to format it! Or any kind of suggestion too!

So feel free to officially sign up here or ask questions etc. I’m definitely simplifying as much as I can for anyone not familiar with DnD to still enjoy it! (So be prepared any Vets that things won’t be incredibly detailed. Like any Race bonuses I’m just completely eliminating. Proficiency? Nah. Etc)

This prob won’t start for another week? But also depends on how many are interested!

Things wil certainly be more complicated than Curtis’ thing. This will be more strategy and luck. You will roll for “stats” to start like strength defense etc. but then will also have stats like Stealth and Perception. Stealth to hide and perception to be able to see any dangers as your walking (traps in the environment, traps by other players or even hidden items)

When it’s your turn things will be a bit of a back and forth if tbink. Like:
You- I walk to B4 (the map will be a grid)
Me: when you get to B2 your perception let’s you see a chest

Something like this could happen. But not TOO often because I think it would slow things down.

Also. Everyone will start at Level 5. But you can level up by being the final blow to kill an enemy player. . . OR a monster! I will have some monsters/creatures in the field too!

The most energy will be creating your character honestly, picking a class and understanding their moves/abilities. But I will be happy to help anyone new and walk them through it!
