You watch as Akmong makes his way to the front of the group and begins to speak.

"Relax! Relax! I am sure he simply lagged behind." Akmong begins as he leads you through the lobby of the inn. "He likely just lagged behind, being as slow as he is."

Akmong throws open the double doors that lead into the townsquare only to find....nothing. No one. The town appeared to be completely deserted. Where many townsfolk stood mere minutes ago, going about their day of commerce and trade, was now nothing but empty market stands and the sound of wind howling down the dark, empty streets.

"Admittedly that is a bit odd." Akmong whispered.

Along with Khanarak, the Langdale townsfolk seem to have vanished. Where do you wish to look for them? Decide as a party

You have gone mad with power. After downing a mystery vial, you wanted all the rest to yourself and you wanted them now. As you and your fellow Assblasters move out of the inn and begin your search of Langdale, you find a couple of vials resting on an abandoned market stall. You feel them calling to you.

You cant help yourself. You uncork the one labeled IV, down it as quickly as possible, and wait.

Nothing seems to happen. You stagger back to the group and rejoin your party consisting of Marnu, Vandal, and Hustus. The three of them side eye you and wonder why you're standing so close to them.

"psssst, Marnu, quit fucking about." Greaseface says as he and Ahron wave you over. You look towards a grease faced goblin and a strange robot. You've never seen either of them in your entire life.

"LETS GO FELLOW KEEPERS OF THE WOODS! I HAVE A FEELING THIS WILL BE OUR BEST ADVENTURE TOGETHER YET!"

You are confused. You have become a temporary member of a randomized party for this phase only. Any gold or items you might earn for the phase goes to them. You will still receive any negative effects that may happen to you this phase. They will receive any and all benefits from your choices, you will receive any and all negative effects from your choices. Applies to quest choices only, not items.

As you walk with your new party, you uncork the other vial and down the hatch it goes without a second thought.

The second you drink it, you immediately trip over a barrel and skid your knees on the cobblestone. Then you step in some errant cow dung in the middle of the street. Then your pants rip. Disaster after disaster befalls you as your new party looks ashamed to claim any temporary ownership over you. You feel your luck beginning to run out, and this is just the beginning...

You arent very lucky, but your party is! Your bad luck will come to a head during a round of your choice. You will automatically choose the worst possible gold outcome in an individual choice Main Quest that round, but your party members will automatically choose the best that round. Must be used before the lvl 20 phase.
