So this is part of the idol twist where they have to search different locations in the castle for potion ingredients to make a polyjuice potion to get access to the Slytherin Common Room for the Slytherin Idol. They'll have a list of all the rooms but the room of requirement won't be on that list and will only be triggered with which will give them access. Idk if it will ever be found tbh.
