*****THIS WAS WRITTEN BY JUSTIN WHO IS TRULY THE KING OF ORG EDGIC*****

RATINGS

1. CP (Complex Player)- The individual was an integral part of the strategy that round. Complexity typically is correlated with insight. The more insight a player gives us in their confessional, the more likely they are to receive a CP.

• Common for someone integral to the strategy with insightful confessionals for the round.
• Possible for someone with fantastic insight who is not integral.
• Possible for highlighting someone who is intentionally under-the-radar, if we believe their winning chances are high.

2. MOR (Middle of the Road)- Either the individual was an integral part but was not very insightful, or they were not integral and were insightful. This is the typical score given to a player each round.

• Common for someone very insightful for the round, but not centric to the strategy.
• Common for members of a tribe with immunity.
• Possible for someone who provides great insight about other players but not necessarily themselves.
• Possible for someone centric to the events of the round that are not necessarily strategic.

3. UTR (Under the Radar)- This does not mean that they are playing an under the radar strategy. It means that they were not integral, and that they were not insightful enough to warrant any focus.

• Common for someone not integral to the strategy/events of the game and with no insight.
• Possible for someone with insight, but is overshadowed by more relevant players.
• Possible for someone who has received high visibility in the past to focus on other players.

4. OTT (Over the Top)- The individual was a very integral part of the episode, but is one-dimensional. Their focus relies on one aspect of their personality to the point of caricature. Typically if someone is Over the Top they get a lot of focus based on how they've reacted to a situation.

• Common for someone very integral to the events of the round with no insight.
• Common for someone who has been deemed as overly delusional, aggressive, or stupid to the point where their strategic contributions are invaluable.
• Possible for someone who comments an action that is blown out of proportion.

TONE

1. P (Positive): The player exhibited positive characteristics such as kindness, passion, challenge prowess, team spirit. Other instances include characters who become or succeed as underdogs. Positivity is much less common than negativity or mixed tone, as the game usually favors villains.

2. N (Negative): The player exhibited negative characteristics such as arrogance or weakness. Usually negative tone is used when the player was criticized by other tribe mates. This is also used to represent villainous behavior, such as when the player enjoys the misfortunes of other.

3. M (Mixed): The player exhibits an even (and noticeable) mix of positive and negative qualities. An example of mixed tone could be when a tribe decides to keep or boot someone and the person's negative and positive attributes are highlighted in an equal light.

4. N (Neutral): The player exhibits qualities that aren't significantly negative or positive. Most common.

5. NN (Double Negative) or PP (Double Positive): For extreme situations where the player is incredibly N or P. This is very rare, and usually is reserved for absolute breakdowns.

VISIBILITY

This is a number on a scale of 1 to 5 which deems how important the individual was to the episode. Were they a swing vote? Did they cause an unnecessary amount of attention? The average visibility for everyone in an episode is typically 3. The last two episodes or so should average to a 4. This is usually the most subjective part of Edgicking ORGs, and we do our best to divide visibility amongst the cast (no one likes seasons like RI where someone is a 5 every episode). Players who receive an UTR rating are never more than a 2, those who receive CP are never less than a 3. MOR and OTT usually stay between 2 and 4. Players who go to tribal council that round usually have more visibility than players who do not.

ROUND 1

Posted Image

Serpensortia

Amos- CP4

Amos isn't a huge character in the round but he gives insight into dynamics and his process of finding the Ravenclaw idol and what he's going to do with it. Doesn't really receive much SPV and what he does receive is pretty neutral. He seems to be in a pretty comfortable spot for the time being.

Angelina- MOR2

Angelina started a full day behind everyone so her lack of SPV makes sense. She was borderline N toned after the first immunity challenge but her tribe won and only Newt was really rubbed the wrong way by it. In a comfortable trio for the time being so should be okay.

Dudley- UTRN2

Dudley is shaping up to be an early boot. Didn't confess, didn't search for idols, called a dud by a handful of people.

Lily- MORP4

Lily was a social star pretribes and many people confessed about how much they liked her. She does well to solve the puzzle for her tribe which gives more P tone in addition to the PSPV. Her confessional was very basic about who she likes and dislikes.

Maxime-MOR3

Outside of her winning the reward challenge and picking tribes she wasn't much of a factor in the first round. Her trio with Angelina and Mirabella is something to note and it seems very W12 with Mirabella as Laura, Angelina as Whitney, and Maxime as Spencer. We'll see how her game develops moving forward.

Minerva- MOR2

Minerva was borderline UTR as she was very briefly mentioned at all. She did have some pretty good confessionals which is why I gave her the MOR nod. She's firmly in the middle of the tribe I think.

Mirabella-CPM5

Well Mirabella really was the star of round 1. Between the fake Ravenclaw idol, the Gryffindor idol snag, and her high vis its hard to deny her impact on this game already. It's good that she's in a solid alliance for now because her visibility will eventually be her downfall at this rate. Very insightful and some aggressive strategic play in this round.

Newt-CP3

Newt pretty much only gets a CP because of his insight into his petrification play on Albus. He gives some details about dynamics but nothing too flashy. Wasn't talked about a ton by many people but should be okay for the short term.

Snape-OTTN3

Snape's self deprivation is way over done and he's frankly pretty depressing. No one seems to particularly vibe well with him. Possible first boot on this tribe along with Dudley.

Rictumsempra

Cormac- MOR3

Cormac does well to be visible without standing out too much. He also did well at cracking the password to Snape's Storeroom which gave him 1 ingredient necessary for the potion. Other than that he's a pretty minor character for the round.

Draco- OTT3

The only thing people really confessed about Draco regarded his schtick. Lockhart started a smear campaign against him and he told botch the challenge but there really isn't enough NSPV to warrant an OTTN.

Fred-MORP4

Like Lily, Fred was very strong socially before tribes. I think he's perfectly comfortable on Rictumsempra for a while honestly. He fails to give anything of too much depth which is why he's at a MORP and not a CPP.

Hagrid-UTRN2

Hagrid did get the episode title because he showed up to the challenge at 1:00am thinking that's when they were going to attempt it. He's dead as soon as they lose again but theyre swapping after this round so he could skate by with an immunity win.

Lockhart- OTTM5

Like Mirabella, he was very high vis from the get go. Almost everything confessed about him by others had to due with his schtick and OTT nature. He does give some moments of CP in his confessional but his overall demeanor and posting confessionals publicly and all that gives him OTTM for the round.

Pomfrey-CPP4

Madam Pomfrey was very strong socially and get pretty strong reviews from just about everyone she talked to. She got to pick the tribes in Ron's place which gives her a spike in visibility. She also gives insight into her picks and choosing two easy boots is pretty smart.

Rita-MOR3

Rita gets a decent amount of SPV but it's nothing of significance really. She doesn't give us much on her end as well. Lockhart seems to be a little upset at her but that really isnt the end of the world at this point.

Ron- MORM3

Ron get called a child and immature a bunch pretribes but he did well in the tribe challenge and won the reward challenge as well. I think he's made some progress socially with people including an important relationship with Pomfrey so his position isn't bad despite his MORM.

The Boot

Albus-UTR1

I mean it was super predictable and he made it onto slack on day 1 only to never return.

Contenders

1. Pomfrey- As stated above she has made strong impressions. The fact that she got to handpick her tribe will be beneficial in the long run. She's done a good job of making connections without being too visible.

2. Fred- It feels weird to put a first time player this high this early but there is no denying Fred's impact on round one and how big of a splash he made socially. He has key connections on both tribes and he could be a major player at the merge or a swap.

3. Mirabella- She is way too high vis to imagine her winning at this point but I do have faith in her ability to cool it down to some degree. She has an idol and really isn't at any risk at the moment. Even though people know about it, it's hard to imagine her getting targeted for being a threat premerge.

4. Lily- Another first time player on the contenders list. She gets a long with just about everyone in the game which can come back to haunt her when she becomes a jury threat but that's ages away. She definitely has UTRP potential which could allow her to fly under the radar while the big players (Mirabella, Lockhart, Cormac, etc) target each other.

ROUND 2

Posted Image

Serpensortia

Amos- MOR3

Amos takes a backseat in this round which isn't really surprising since they won again. He's still a pretty important member of the tribe but doesn't add a ton of value in this round.

Angelina- MORM4

Angelina is definitely playing this game aggressively. She's in a trio but Mirabella is wary of her and gives her some NSPV. Snape is still a big fan of hers but correctly identifies Mirabella as the social hub of the tribe. Angelina is a mess right now and needs a cool down episode ASAP.

Dudley- UTR1

Didn't compete in the challenge, tribe still won fairly easily. Classic Dudley. A very minor character at this point. Could be fodder in the swap.

Lily- UTRP2

Lily is still very well liked but she definitely takes a lesser role in this episode which is her strategy so A+ for execution. She's making the necessary relationships and she's in a good spot but she might need to be more proactive post swap.

Maxime-UTR1

So Maxime wasn't a major factor in the round at all. Flopped in the challenge but they won so no one really confessed about how bad she really was.

Minerva- UTR1

Just slightly above Dudley in the participation this round as she willingly waited by the car which is a pretty neutral but not unintelligent move. Hoping and praying for a breakout soon.

Mirabella-MOR4

This was a very important cooldown for Mirabella. I know 4 vis isn't much of a cool down but the overall vibe she gave off was much more relaxed compared to round 1. Gives a bit of analysis but with another win there wasn't a ton of things she had to say.

Newt-UTRP2

Got PSPV for slaying the challenge and him combined with Snape were the reason they won. That said, no confessional, no tribal, no impact really.

Snape-CPM4

Snape does make progress this round. Angelina and Amos are probably his two closest "allies" and Angelina is working with him for the idol. Makes progress with Lily to some degree and gives pretty accurate/thoughtful insight into tribe dynamics. He's still not really loved by anyone but I think people are at least slightly coming around to him?

Rictumsempra

Cormac- CP4

Another heir, another boring boot to use it on. Cormac has a pretty intelligent mind and is clearly thinking about multiple scenarios moving forward. He isn't clicking that well with people but he's one of the more active players on Rictumsempra. Gets a hinky vote from Gilderoy which potentially shows where he stands on the tribe. That vote could be very important going into a swap.

Draco- MORP3

Potentially the most improved player from round 1 to round 2 as close to half his tribemates mentioned enjoying him or making progress with him. Managed to not be a hinderence in the challenge this round.

Fred-MOR3

Kind of the opposite of Draco really. He didn't have a bad round but a couple people mentioned losing a sort of spark with him. His closest allies might be on the other tribe tho so a swap could be beneficial to his game.

Lockhart- CP5

Lockhart surprisingly doesn't get a ton of toned SPV in this round but is still a pretty big character. One of the more vocal players in the challenge and gives really good insight into how everything went down during the round. Throws a hinky vote on Cormac and doesn't really give any reason why but far too analytical during the round to warrant an OTT just for the vote.

Pomfrey-MOR4

Pomfrey is still very comfortable on her tribe and it shows as not a single person (outside of Hagrid) mentioned her flopping in the challenge. She would be comfortable for a while on this tribe but unfortunately for her we're swapping.

Rita-MOR3

Rita is still a pretty minor character in the grand scheme of things but she gets called a skank by Hagrid which is pretty hilarious and flops the challenge. Not really any NSPV but she is still talked about a fair amount.

Ron- CPP4

Ron had a great round where almost everyone mentioned liking him and/or being close with him. He's definitely climbed the social ladder and him and Pomfrey could be a serious duo. Gives some pretty good insight into his plan moving forward and which relationships he's putting emphasis on.

The Boot

Hagrid- OTT3

Once again a pretty predictable boot. Hagrid, fresh off of thinking the first challenge is at 1:30am in turn kind of flops the challenge and then criticizes Pomfrey for flopping as well. The meme of the tribe, RIP crazy child.

Contenders

1. Pomfrey- She's in a great spot going into the swap and certainly has the social ability and personality to make the transition smooth barring a swapfucking.

2. Lily- Another round, more people loving Lily! She's progressing before our very eyes as she strengthens bonds. She has some people that love her on the other tribe so she's likely safe in a swap. Her subtle game and maternal nature should help her slide UTR.

3. Mirabella- An important cool down episode the improves her chances. I'd have her at #2 if she didn't have the Gryffindor idol which will likely put a target on her back from the merge on. That said, she's too active to be in serious danger before the second swap.

4. Ron- Ron makes a huge leap on the Borda chart but it's well deserved. He's built up some social capital and is trending in the right direction. Needs to make some deeper connections but he has the blueprint for an end game run at this point with his surface level connections.
