Is Sekou allowed to vote for himself? If not then Rudy and Sue could still technically vote Matty out with

Rudy - Matty
Sue - Matty
Matty - Sekou
Jac - Sekou
Sekou - doesn't matter

on the first vote and then 2-1 against Matty on the revote. Would be an extremely dickish move keeping someone who doesn't want to be in the game while voting out someone who REALLY does. But it's not unheard of.
