Adding in a rule clarification into the main rules that was told to Clotho a couple rounds ago and will serve as the rule going forward.

6.6 (i) In a tribal council where there are only four people attending, if one person is pre-determinedly immune, and the vote results in a deadlock, and after a revote remains deadlocked, the tiebreaker will result in a tiebreaker challenge as to not automatically oust someone from the game by rocks. Meaning the two people two tie is between will face-off to stay.
