Btw is everyone still down to throw the next challenge so Anders can get voted out after 9 days again?

Oh wait, wrong chat
Alex put this in the tribe chat. Power Trip isn't over yet folks! |
Y - I - K - E - S
this is a really bonehead move by alejandro, idk if he's trying to be "cute" or whatever, but the desire from anders to better his prior placement is very very real. i mean yay for him avoiding tribal this week he will do that but he's going to stop at nothing to at least make single digits. he's not going to forget a comment like this and it's only going to help rally people against alejandro when the time comes. glad to see that the not-being-able-to-see-the-other-players-twist-makes-you-focus-only-on-the-short-game-not-the-long-game curse isn't something that was unique to the vecher tribe last season

I'm really curious how many power trips we see throughout the season of people who are immune through this twist

It seems like Danny is the sole reason Lexi isn't going tonight. Seriously impressed with Danny.
Jess identified that he would flip out if they voted Lexi, and keeping Danni from freaking out is apparently a primary directive for her?

I didn't follow Jess' season of PS that closely, but I'm suuuuuuper impressed with her in this game so far. Her episode 1 confessional was unbelievably astute. I feel like she just gets the game on a level most people don't.
Also, like, how do you NOT get targeted right off the bat when you're on a 6 person tribe and you just so happen to go to the same college as someone else that's on the tribe...AND it's public knowledge that you met face to face during the game...I mean really, kudos to Jess and Devon both for being in amazing positions on the ol' yellow tribe.

It sounds like Amberly is trying though. She's on call with Jess I think and is trying to get Aaron on the call too and told Aaron she wants to talk about the vote.

I’m so sad cause I really like Amberly, but I gotta root for Lexi cause she’s my friend but I really hope she gets more social with people soon.

Watching Bryce's Confessional - I seriously love him. I think he has an excellent shot to go the distance in this game, and could definitely see him as a legitimate threat to win. He considers all options, everyone loves him. He is so incredibly endearing.

Remember this moment and think back on it, when he has the first sign of anyone possibly voting him or any minor difficulty comes along and watch the Ape Cakes that follow.

I think crediting Danny for Lexi not going home isn't like.. really due to his "astute" gameplay, so much as potential swap management. I feel like it's really clear to tell he would throw a giant tantrum if things didn't go his way and making him think he's in charge by letting the inoffensive person go in Amby is.. generally more what it's about aha.

honestly the only people i really care about on Clotho are Jess and Devon, their confessionals are all wonderfully introspective, and I think critically from an "episode standpoint" we would only see those two and Danny in an episode, Aaron, Amby, and Lexi are pretty non-existent editorially.
This is my second ep in a row of like props to Jess for literally having an incredible sense of her tribe's pulse. I think the only thing she's discounting is how close danny and devon are, but i think i need to listen to what danny's true perspective on his relationship with devon

it's so sad to see how disconnected rico is thinking chris is his number one.

i love chris SO MUCH so glad he's dominating Atropos. kind of interesting that anders is branching out with naomi trying to flip rico, but like - jenn becomes this weird flippable number now

i also really like jenn a lot more than i thought i would? really sad to see her confessional saying that she feels like she's a burden in that challenge. she was really not at all, anders was just miserable to deal with in the bomb but most of the tribe felt that.
she could really be in a really great position if the tribe ends up going to rico/chris versus naomi/anders, and she would clearly side with rico/chris.
