I personally am not here for Jenn vs. Sarena, past game drama playing into a new game just doesn’t excite me
I would ideally like to see Jenn go here to set up Chris to be in the best spot possible but I still need to catch up on confessionals so my opinion could change

I think after catching up on Atropos confessionals, Chris would be making a big mistake if he went along with an Anders or Naomi boot here. Alex’s paranoia has sent him into a fucking Tasmanian devil tailspin and I think he’ll probably ease up on the Naomi thing but Chris needs to keep Naomi and Anders here for at least one round. Chris mentions in his confessional that he doesn’t want to end up keeping a trio around and putting himself in the minority and I think he runs more of a risk of that by keeping in Ceejae/Jenn/Alex. at this point dynamics wise, Jenn and Ceejae are almost interchangeable in that they are both close to Alex, so booting either of them would leave Chris in the middle of the tribe

MY TOP 5 STANDOUTS OF EPISODE 1
The season has begun, and we've had a great first round! I'm thinking I'm gonna try something new this season and create a list of the top 5 people who stood out to me each round as people to watch. This doesn't necessarily correlate with who is my favourites although there could be some crossover, but instead serves as the people who deserve some recognition for the role they played in this episode. Enjoy!
#1: CHRIS
Chris has definitely been my top standout player for the first round. Amidst the chaos of tribe dynamics on Atropos, Chris has landed himself in probably the best spot on that tribe. Nobody seems to be targeting him and everyone minus Jenn wants to work alongside him. He's been entertaining to watch through and through. With the Atropos tribal council coming up tonight, Chris is probably the least likely person to be sent home and that's the ideal for anyone in the game of survivor.
#2: DANNY
Probably a little surprising to anyone reading this (and myself tbh), Danny has been a top standout this week for me. He seems to have gotten himself into a good spot on Clotho, connecting with a good array of people that will be very helpful in keeping any target off his back. He's connected with Jessaca, especially with the challenge, which is a key connection as Jessaca herself has some influence with players Danny isn't as well connected to and could dissuade them from targeting him. He's also worked on his relationship with Lexi who has kind of fallen to the sidelines on the tribe, meaning Danny could get an extra number to vote the way he wants if he decides to take charge at a Clotho tribal council. Pre-season I thought he'd be more of a mess but I think he's doing surprisingly well right off the bat.
#3: NAOMI
Naomi stands out to me less due to gameplay, as she's on the radar for some of her tribemates and did not perform the greatest in the challenge, and more due to being one of the most likeable and entertaining people to watch in Episode 1. She was a major reason why the Atropos night 1 call was so entertaining and avoided a lot of the awkwardness that was prevalent on the other tribes' night 1 calls. Her confessionals are always a hoot to watch, any call she gets on is gripping and interesting to sit in on. In these early days she's proven to be an incredible casting choice and someone people will have no problem rooting for in this game.
#4: SARENA
Of our returnees, Sarena has impressed me probably the most for getting herself into a position where she's not in any immediate danger of being sent home on Lachesis. She's worked hard to establish a strong alliance with Bryce and Matthew while also finding herself getting thrown into a group with Kait and Abby. People like her and want to work with her, and she has yet to make any big enemies that are starting to set their sights on her, unlike Lexi on the outs and Anders butting heads with Alex. On top of this, her confessionals are extremely entertaining to watch and definitely worth watching.
#5: JESSACA
Jessaca round out my top 5 round 1 standouts because she's worked her way into being a central member of the Clotho tribe. On one hand she's got some connections to Amberly and Aaron, on another she's got her connection to Devon going to the same school, and on a third hand (I guess she has three hands) she's got Danny who could in turn influence Lexi. She's covered her bases very well and I think she's someone we'll all be watching in the coming rounds.
Some honourable mentions:
Bryce and Matthew, in their alliance with Sarena, have been a fun watch. They're in decent positions on the tribe, with Bryce maybe slightly more secure than Matthew, but I could easily see this alliance taking control early on the Lachesis tribe. Alex has provided a lot of good content in his confessionals and has worked hard with the members of his tribe (minus Naomi), and could probably do well if he just learned to have confidence in his gut and not go crazy and push too hard too fast.

I love Naomi 'cause she's my friend and stuff but I've never better understood why she has a reputation for going out early but with the tribe liking her. That alliance chart really doesn't look good for her going into another tribal and she should have more, to be honest. What she usually looks to do is to find some really close friends who play most of her game for her (thus, the oversharing that Chris was complaining about) but it doesn't look like Anders and Chris are really super down with that lol.
The person that I would most like to be my friends here are like Chris and Alex? The person that I'm enjoying watching the most is Danny for sure. Take that as you will.

love how she said she was on "operation social butterfly" and then named three people who were in an alliance (two of whom she had a great impression of) that she was just like yeah need to talk to them more I guess lol.

He just says things like "dope man" as responses and I said something to him and he responded "this ain't it bruh" and it made no sense to what I even typed |
I love that Jack is apparently the cartoonized version of a Frat Bro who also has been plucked from a different world where he has no idea what is happening or how humans interact.
I really thought Jack would master the social game and be super active - he seems to be quite literally the exact opposite.

"ugh, I just found out that my whole tribe played this online pirate game together last night for two hours and now I'm actually considering throwing the Hail Mary of posting "I wish for an idol" in the Wishes thread...
It's really annoying to realize just 4 days into the game that I'm going to be the most paranoid, bipolar, and overall worst player in Endure history"
this is from Devon. I guess he's super paranoid now because they were all bonding on call without him last night?

1. Is it just me or is everyone in this season starting a new job?
2. Jack calling Dunkin' Donuts "Dunks" made me really uncomfortable.

Chris, 9:05 PM
alejandro keeps messaging me about me being his main ally and the one he'll protect
and i'm a sad puppy
i always do this to myself lol
if ceejae votes jenn i'll riot
Ashlee, 9:05 PM
Why are you sad
Chris, 9:05 PM
because like
Torn between loyalties
It's hard how the game is decided a lot by just him getting pulled away from the initial call
Well plus Naomi and Anders hit it off straight away
So I wanted to get in on that and then I think I wormed my way into being Naomi's number one
and then in order to make sure we had majority and also to protect myself against a possible Alejandro/Ceejae/Jenn alliance I bonded a lot with Alejandro
but did too good of a job lol and I think I'm his #1
So now I'm between what appears to be two duos but firmly obligated to one since it's a legit alliance
When Alejandro is the person I get on with the most
it's all a mess
But as of right now I'm thinking next round I'll formalize a f2 deal of the tribe with Naomi
Because that just seems easier than betraying the alliance
I'm a big forward planner so I'm not leaving next round without a route to f2 of the tribe
I'm sure it'll all blow up and plans will have to change but
Yeah
Really need Ceejae not to vote jenn lol
but too much of a wimp to make it happen
OH ALSO IT WAS SO AWKWARD
yesterday during three way alliance call alejandro texts me and is like "im so paranoid anders made up an excuse that he wanted to relax when he got home so he couldn't call me"
"that seems so sketchy"
and i was just like "HAHA YEAH WEIRD"
;(
game is hard
well game is pretty easy
Chris, 9:16 PM
but it is emotionally taxing
