hi everyone it's me...
STUART CALLINAN
and I'm going to be good at saying my thoughts about the cast members when they are released ok? ok.
Anders
obviously Endure has had a couple of Maryland-ers play in the past but Anders is going to be a fun interesting experience as he comes in as a host and not as a player. I always feel like hosts have an interesting take on games because they've seen their fair share of strategies and I'm not sure how many Maryland seasons are in the backlog that Anders has gotten to host but he probably definitely has a grasp on Survivor strategy by this point if he didn't to begin with. I think that Anders' success in this game is going to depend on who he ends up with and how they interpret his personality. I think it's very telling when a person's explanation for the types of people they don't like is as long as his was and if Anders is coming into this game expecting to be the only alpha I feel like he's gonna be sorely mistaken. I can either see him flaming out incredibly early or finding his footing and going deep in the game.
Tony
Tony has now played three (3) games that I haven't viewed at all so I'm not actually sure how he is as a player but I know he made it to the end in The System and narrowly lost by one vote, and I don't understand the format of that game at all so you've gotta be decently smart to get far? I guess? idk. he comes across as like, moderately soft-spoken and polite and much like with Anders, I think his success is gonna depend on who he starts on a tribe with. there's a possibility he could get eaten alive among a lot of big personalities, or he could end up staying back and letting the big personalities go after each other.

Enjoyed watching Anders and Tony's interview a lot. Both seem wicked charismatic and fun.
Tbh I just want more bus driving stories from Anders.

I love the new format!!
This season is going to be LIT despite being in the dark. That cheesy joke is over.
Anyways! Super excited with those Maryland players. Tony is great. So easy to talk to. I loved playing with him in Gilligans. I expect both those guys to go well.

Andres - It's pretty cool that he hosts Survivor Maryland. I think he is a super charismatic character. I can totally find myself rooting for him this season. I love how well thought out his answers are. He really does give a monologue for every single answer which, I find is pretty fun. Him doing his his Roxxy Andrews part in Read U was literally so funny. I feel like he is really going to be a big character.
Tony - "I dont like people who are really anal" ....that was homophobic. He screams really UTR to me. He looks pretty socially aware that I feel like he can slide by for a while. His picture looks gay but his interview is very straight ya know

With this new twist, I'm excited to see the creative ways that people try to make guesses on who is in the game.
I'm sure they cannot talk to anyone about participating in the game period, but hell I'd be trying to discern who's on the season based on context clues.

WOOOOOOOO GO TERPS !!!!!
I adore both Anders and Tony so much. I watched Anders stumble upon Survivor Maryland during the all stars filming season, start his hosting career, and really flourish. I know he's played a ~real life~ game so he knows both hosting and playing sides. I'm excited to welcome him into the "Endure was my first ORG" club.
I also got to watch Tony play Survivor Maryland. He is SO personable and likable, but I can see his game can going one of two ways. He'll either be relatively underwhelming the entire time, or he'll enter the game and really fuck it up. Just depends which Tony steps up to the plate.

i’ll do write ups later but i’m so sick of all of these reality shows casting models. i remember when REAL people played survivor. it’s way too easy nowadays.

I don't know enough about Sarena or Alex to say how well I think they'll do, but from their interviews and from things I've heard I think that both have potential to do decent. I hope that the twist allows them to build new relationships so that in the event they both make merge, they don't instantly gravitate towards each other.

hi everyone, it's me Stuart Callinan here. I feel like I deserved better in The Sundarbans. what do you guys think? sound off in the comments section below.
Sarena
if I wasn't... *reading smudged writing off of hand* Stuart Callinan... I would say that I just recently played a game with Sarena and she is very, very easy to get along with. Sarena is loyal to a fault and that tends to be her downfall but she never seems to have much trouble with the early stages of the game. this will only be her 3rd game, and she's got a 5th place and a 6th place on her resume in two pretty stacked casts so I don't see her having a ton of trouble bonding with people and making it far.
Alex
again, I'm Stuart Callinan so I don't know this person, but if I WASN'T Stuart Callinan, I'd say that I'm currently playing a game with Alex and we just merged so I don't know much about his gameplay but he was in some pretty [Baylor Wilson voice] sticky situations premerge and managed to make it out alive, so that + winning an Estate season that was supposedly rigged against him show that he's a good player. he gives off a really chill vibe and I feel like to deal with 7th graders every day you've gotta be personable and have a lot of patience which comes in handy in ORGs. I know Sarena and Alex are like best friends so I don't see any world where they don't end up working together in a merge situation so I'm secretly hoping one of them goes before merge or they end up on opposite sides because I think that'd be a more fun dynamic.

Anders I really like, I think he'll be interesting and a force to be reckoned with. I predict he'll try to pull a big move and it will backfire on him or make him too big a target. I sensed a bit of inconsistency in how he described himself and I'm not sure whether or not that would transfer to his self awareness in the game but we will see. He surely will be entertaining!
Freddy I could see getting into the alliance that is in power for a big portion of the game, he seems likeable and loyal and I like that he said he can keep a secret. First impression would be to question whether or not he'd break out and build his own reputation as a player, but that's going on essentially nothing.
Serena is soo charming and fun, I imagine many people will like her and want to work with her. She comes off as very sweet, but Sam told me she isn't afraid to be cutthroat which I think is a winning combo, but maybe i'm biased. Either way she'll be a star.
Alex is so so likable and as long the fear factor that he recently won his first game doesn't come out, I think he'll do really well. Also, judging by his t-shirt he lives about 4 mins away from me, so obviously I have to root for him.
