I feel sooo bad for Dustin. He has figured out his clues but also knows that the string from the lantern is now missing. He keeps clicking on the "old picture" hoping that he can find something, but he doesn't realize that it has already been claimed.

He also knows that he got the clue from something that happened at tribal council. I think he's going to give up and not search for the idol anymore, but I think if he figures out how he got the clue (voting in minority), he can figure out who has the idol.

Update:

Dustin thinks he got the clue from two ways:

1. He got votes at tribal
OR
2. He voted in minority

He is spiraling right now and he is really upset with himself. He thinks that he can't even figure out how to find an idol (which was already found by Jay, not Dustin's fault) and he can't vote in majority. He needs to calm down and relax, he has an opportunity with this new information to use it to his advantage.

He is really self-doubting and I just hope he can relax.

I feel really bad for Dustin going into this round because absolutely nothing went his way tonight and you can see how much he wants to play this game. I was rooting for him to grab the idol string but I think his main focus now needs to be on building up social bonds and showing his tribe that he is worthwhile to keep in this game. Jay getting the idol in regards to a long-term game I think will be more interesting because (based on things as they stand rn) he will probs go deep in the game and therefore may be able to use an idol more for strategy than survival.

Jay also isn't the same person as he was three years ago, but yeah i'm also enjoying him in this season.

Adrianne just texted me saying she thinks Alex or Jay have the idol lmao

oh wait update - she thinks Alex has it. I guess she thinks Jay voted in majority and Dustin told her that when he got in the idol was gone

Adrianne/Billy on call now,

Adrianne is relaying Dustin's idol clue stuff to Billy but she thinks Dustin is lying to protect himself and Alex by saying the idol is found and probably by one of them. Jay has Adrianne convinced he did not get idol clues.

Billy says endure usually has hard as fuck clues bc Sam doesn't typically like idols to be found this early so unless someone like me, Stephen or Ashlee wrote it (which ouch mean but also I did write them lol) they wouldn't be found this early.

Too bad they don't know that this idol is a two-parter lol
