Andrew and Jacob doing all the wrong things to recover, and it is hilarious. Andrew yelling at the one person on his side, Jacob making a lot of chats and giving idol clues to multiple people that all talk and compare notes. This is golden content. I also need to watch more before I fully write up about everything Kilby's been up to but my friend there has the same problem as me, clearly wants to please everyone, and when he was on call with Jacob sure he may be more trustworthy to Jacob now than anyone else but does it really matter? Is jacob a dead person walking? Or can he turn all this info Kilby just told him against him and get something going? Will Kilby just have to betray him again?
wow watching this Kilby/Jayden call and wondering why tf Kilby is holding on to such a dumb lie lmaoooo this is so cringe! I love how level headed and real Jayden is. He is being honest in that it made him lose trust in Kilby and that he's upset, and then he is trying to work through what is the best solution. He isn't settling and if something isn't believable he will not let Kilby go through with it. I think this is actually a sigh of a good ally bUT I also know that being so honest can scare people off (I actually think I said preseason that I thought this could be Jayden's downfall) but luckily Jayden has dirt on Kilby so Kilby can't do much about it at this point.
Now that the challenge is posted, you can probably assume why I think Utren is at a slight advantage - they have Jacob who hosts an IRL survivor game, Harrison who has played an IRL survivor game, Gibson who helps host sequester, Kilby who just helped host the Pit, Jayden knows a lot about survivor and games, Joey and Jenn are not new to orgs and will probably have a lot of ideas. The one thing I don't really know is if any of them are good at graphics which really makes or breaks a board.
Over on vecher, there aren't a lot of org newbies over here either, Rob used to host on LiveJournal back in the day, and we know he has a lot of editing software, Jay hosts a couple games, everyone else has played multiple orgs, Mike has a lot of survivor knowledge...
I think the hosting experience on Utren gives them the early edge but who knows honestly
RIP Sarena, honestly. I wish she was more self-aware in the game, but hearing her confessionals was easily the best and most entertaining aspect of Utren. THAT BEING SAID, I think this was by far the smartest thing for Kilby/Jayden/Jenn in solidifying Joey and (somewhat Harrison) who have been playing in limbo a bit. I don't see a scenario, at least in the next round, where that group of 5 doesnt vote together to get out Gibby or Jacob.
This has been such a ridiculous game so far, regarding who is being targeted each round and why and I'm so here for it. Endure making Survivor great again.
