Casey voted out, unfortunately a fodder character in the larger story of this game. I love Casey and she's a fantastic friend, I don't think she ever found her place in this game and I'm actually really sad. She had her shining moments, especially being a star in the Weakest Link challenge for Haida.

The swap has left two tribes with two very different dynamics. Haida -- comprised of all OG Sekani + Sean. Sean and Sam are super close and this isn't a surprise fact to most, in particular right now Kate. There's a lot of underlying animosity towards Miller, and Scott is continuing to rub some the wrong way.

Tagish is living up to its namesake and continues to be a wreck. Brian Wojan isolated yet again by voting in the minority, Vic and Scully from a viewer's standpoint is assuming control of the tribe. Nick, who seems to be fine heading into the next stage of the game, definitely made a potentially fatal mistake telling Scully he has the idol, which has now spread to Vic, and through Vic has spread to Corey. Can Brian Wojan regain a comfortable position and slide into merge?

Endure cafe is next. I hope Vic pukes just because it would be funny.

Early predictions?

After last round being a very dead round due to a predictable easy boot and not too much excitement post-swap (OG Sekani is back to kuhmbaya, Tagish 3.0 have basically broken down to Casey and Wojan are boots 1a and 1b) -- I'm hoping we get some interesting developments out of this round and this challenge. Everyone is expecting the merge to happen after this round so I'm expecting another safe round from Tagish. Haida would for sure be the more interesting tribe to see lose.

Scully to Kate [on call]:

Vic, Scully, and Corey are in on the plan.

Scully wants to leave Jesse "powerless" by taking out his "only ally", that being Wojan so Kate "doesn't have to worry about idol madness."

..Scully thinks that Jesse has the idol? Either way, Scully ra ra hatred is inevitable if Wojan goes... Which already sounds like a likelihood.

Regardless Kate wants to do a trial run so that she can prove she could kick his ass for real before they do their official run.

Jesse has noticed and is fearful that the next general theme of the game is picking off individuals, keeping the duos strong. This is NOT a good look for the Vicarios, Kate/Scully, the Morgan's, and Chris/Holli. There's 2 idols lingering around, there's a lot of game left to play, and I think Scully and Vic's plans are going to reflect REALLY badly on Sam and Kate.

Corey throwing... ehh. To Corey's credit despite being one of the least social/always-on-strategic paranoid players in the game, his perceived loyalty has mystified everyone in this game and he's still here. I can't understand it, but I gotta give him props for making it a lot further than he should have.

On call, talking about whatever and whenever. In particular on the menu this evening is scary movies, particularly Unfriended.

(Miller is drunk, he asked "How many liquor is 5 shots?" Pls confirm cus I don't know the answer.)

Sam is too afraid to take a shower now because she's afraid of a hand coming out of the drain and grabbing her. Feel free to send her your favourite scary movie trailer once this season has ended if you're in support of 20 year old college students not sleeping.

I think a loss for them in this challenge would definitely begin to show cracks and have them repeat history as Gwale 2.0.

I think Tagish put themselves in this mess with Brian, so I feel bad that Brian ESSENTIALLY hasn't done anything wrong. It's kind of like when a doctor is performing surgery and they fuck up. Instead of fixing it they're like EHHH JUST PULL THE PLUG! Devil's advocate. I really don't care about throwing challenges. If there is someone you know isn't with you on your tribe, and people on the other tribe who ARE with you, then why not? Jake did it in s3 and it arguably was one of the biggest reasons his alliance was in the dominate position at merge.

I'm wondering since these videos are going to be publicized, if Nick in particular can get a read on Vic/Scully/Corey throwing. Nick has already practiced his drink today (real star of the season as per usual), so I think Wojan's best chance to stay this round is if Nick realizes the fix is in. But if he does -- what can he do? His best move would be to idol out Vic or Scully, but would that damage his relationship with Kate and Sam? Idk man. I'm hoping Nick uses his idol to save Wojan.

Also the prejury has been commenting on the game thus far, a lot of them predict Wojan is next to go on Tagish. Whereas a lot of the people in-game have seemingly lacked game-sense on numerous occasions, the prejury are pretty on point with a lot of their observations. It's pretty interesting.

A LOT of close calls tonight. The funniest untold storyline is Chris taking some sort of substance right before the challenge that apparently allows him to "deep throat more"... what? Idk?

Tagish right now aren't really a tribe, they're just a union of people with Brian Wojan on the outs and Nick seemingly on the bubble. If Nick watches these videos and gets upset with the poor performances (even though his wasn't too great either) I hope his moral compass steers in the direction of making a move to save Wojan.
