I agree with you, but Devil's Advocate for a quick second: Kate's reasoning is that she doesn't want to lose Scott whose shady dealings she doesn't know all about yet. Voting out his brother is a great way to lose who she views as an ally that will be loyal to her. Mm.. This is the kind of move you look back on once the game is over and say "wow, that was a bad move."

Where are Scully and Vic in this scenario? Do they know Zoie is going? Do they just not care?

I feel so bad for Brian. I think Zoie and Jenna are the type of people that won't be torn apart if they leave because they DO realize it's just a game, which is good. Brian on the other hand would lose his two arguably closest allies and it will definitely hurt him. It sucks.

Nick thinks that there's going to be a Ties That Bind challenge at 15 followed by a swap to 2 tribes of 7 following the ensuing TC. Spoiler + As usual Nick is absolutely right.

Okay so bear with me.



Assuming that the ties that bind will run the same way as the last one, here are the remaining couples that would compete. (Assuming Zoie and Jenna leave)

tyler/casey
vic/sam
scully/kate
corey/scott
chris/holli

This means that no matter how you shake it, Corey or Scott will be in a swing position. If Corey is there with Chris and Tyler then Vic/Kate/Scully/Sam could be in for a world of hurt. Same thing with Casey although I don't think she'd betray Vic/Scully since they kept her in. She'll definitely have a voice in her ear telling her to go against them.

If Kate and Sam vote out Corey, it eliminates a pair, leaving only 4 different pairs to compete, giving them MUCH more safety at the TC since they'd have half the votes no matter what.

Basically what I'm trying to say is that keeping Corey is a silly thing to do and they might be feeling the repercussions of it A LOT SOONER THAN THEY ANTICIPATED.

I feel like the boys club would almost throw the Ties that Bind challenge so they can have some power? They lost once already, so why wouldn't they just go for it a second time? Wouldn't that make it Corey/Chris/Tyler VS a Vicario & one of Kally? Am I missing a pair?

You know what? Credit to Corey for making it through these last two rounds. He had no business making it through the first of those two TCs, let alone both of them, but he has Kate and Sam completely misted into believing that he's a number for them moving forward. Lying to them about the Anthony vote was dumb, but since then he has played them, especially Kate, up and down; it was probably the only way he was going to survive, so kudos to him.
