I'd say Chris/Sean is spearheading the anti-Zac revolution. Zac made some really distasteful comments, but unlike DK (shoutout) he's kind of accepting them and trying to move on, but he hasn't really addressed them with Sean or Chris yet which is what it'll take to move on. |
I'm triggered.
Anyways I am so here for the Kardashians alliance.

New confessional from Jared. Definitely looks like he and Chris are the deciding votes on blue and they are leaning towards sticking with Sean/Corey/Tyler. I think Zac is a goner but I wouldn't be surprised if they kept winning for awhile. He at least has time to make something happen.

Idk if this is as big of a deal to people as me but I love that each tribe is so so divided. Every tribe has two clear cut sides with swing votes in the middle. The fact that there haven't been any clear cut boots goes to show that the entire cast is super active and came here to play. It makes for some really cool dynamics.

There's the little things that loved ones do for one another that goes unseen, here's one of them.
Since Miller in Australia and his internet isn't the best, he has to travel to hotspots around where he is to get good enough internet to compete. Lisa offered Miller money to use for Skype so that he could call wherever whenever, but Miller refused to take money from his mom.
I wasn't sure if Lisa was going to get into this at all, the more the rounds pass, the more and more I love her and her relationship with Miller.

Also I agree with you Jacob. The fact that everyone has someone they deeply care about in this game adds an additional element to entice them to keep coming back. It helps that the cast includes 8 of the most active returnees paired with pretty much all newcomers. The four non-returnee pairs are just competitive, go-getter personalities for better or for worse.
The loved one thing also makes no boot feel like fodder. Lexi going is a strategic piece for Sean because he wants Ruben out, in which that arc may come full circle this round. That potentially sets up the arc of Sean becoming too controlling and ultimately spiralling out of control -- or if Razek goes it's to see how Sean deals with a situation that Ruben potentially could not get out of. There's so many dimensions to this game it's fantastic.

In my opinion, Sekani 's best move this round is voting Ruben, since they know about the idol thing, this ensures no one else on another tribe gets idol access and they're not pissing off someone's loved one since Lexi is out.
Haida despite me picking him for suicide, should vote Razek. I love the guy, but in this game, I don't know that he's the best for their tribe. I can't see him being active in a posting challenge, whereas I feel Casey/Zoie would do literally anything for it. He is starting to get more into it, but with technology issues and being very vocal & honest, he just could be a liability.
Over on Tagish they're a mess. I love that they're already strategizing who they'll get out when they haven't lost yet. This is how Gw*le was and it obviously worked so well for them. I think sadly they're leaning towards Zac for a first boot over there, with Tyler as a 2nd despite that 5 person group of guys... I think for Jared, this kinda makes sense, get rid of Zac and then try to get Jenna as your #2. I really don't want to see Tagish lose because the people I wouldn't be as upset if they left, aren't in consideration and I really want to see Zac, Jenna and Lisa go farther.

I LOVE this. They're so active, they're so divided, they're all very into it and I love it

THIS times one hundred. Please win all the time, I would HATE for Zac to leave over other less interesting people on the tribe, and Jenna/Lisa being in minority would be awful. I just pray they continue being a power-house and never have to worry about tribal cause this tribe is full of great characters and storylines.
Now time to nurse this killer hangover by catching up on confessionals.

I was talking to Ashlee about this earlier today, but fucking props to production for this cast. I'm following this game more than half the games I've played in before. It's so damn magnetic.

I'm super hoping Tagish never loses until the swap - I see it as very likely, especially now that they're sitting out two people from now on.
Kate told me last night that she was leaning towards Ruben, which I just think is the best thing all around for everyone to do, Ruben started too strong, and ended up just excluding half the tribe. Which is exactly what he did last time, except last time he was actually in a power position, this time he isn't.

If Haida votes out Zoie I think that'll just be straight up ruinous to them. They keep delaying the inevitable on Razek, they're just going to keep losing cause he can't even turn on a computer.
The 24 hour posting challenge is next, and as the only tribe who isn't sitting anyone out, it's absolutely detrimental to them not voting out Razek, they'll lose, straight up.

I think that Scully is so used to alias games that he is forgetting that in open ID games personal connections DO matter a lot, sometimes even more than challenge strength. He criticizes Brian for wanting to keep people around who talk to him, but like... why wouldn't you? That's a number, and the challenges in this kind of games are SO different from one another (especially with Endure, and RJ's ideas) that everyone is gonna be good at something. Normally, at least.
The thing with Razek on a posting challenge too is that he makes his own work schedule, so if he wants to he can literally be around the entire time. The issue is if he wants to.

I want to point out I am 100% on Sam's side for staying.
BUT story-arc wise wouldn't it be kinda hilarious if Ruebn managed to get Sam out in revenge for Vic flipping on Lexi and playing both sides? Like it would be such a glorious storyline for a Vic/Ruben rivalry to start because of the very first boot of the game.
Also, if Miller was in on the Kardashians instead of Scott that would be perfection.
