Holli's last confessional made me like her a lot less, it's SO whiny about the partner twist, and the comic challenge, and just overall annoying.
Kate/Sam are super upset over the entire situation, and while I admire them trying to stand up for themselves during the swap, I do not understand why Corey is getting a free pass from the entire situation when he is the one who played both sides of the fence. Jenna/Jared/Chris stuck to their side, they did lie but at least they didn't give them hope about turning the vote last second.
Right now I am praying for the Wojans and Zoie who are alone on their new tribes and could be easy targets. Hopefully that's not the case though.
I think Kate and Sam are trying to be optimistic about their situation. Like they don't want to think that someone they thought was on their side was not??? They want to assume the best in a game where you pretty much need to assume the worst. Idk, I agree it makes no sense. They need to send Corey home, keeping him does absolutely nothing.
I get where Sam is coming from, she had an emotional night which issued an emotional response. I DEFINITELY have walked that road before too. At the same time, you have no idea what twists might happen before a TC, you have no idea how long you'll be on those tribes, you have 3 idols unaccounted for. Hell last season they had a random mutiny twist! Jared is one of the most dangerous players I know and the worst thing you can do is knowingly put him in a corner. No one puts Jared in a corner.

I second this hardcore btw. In theory Zoie SHOULD be okay. God help us if they decide to send her home over Corey. It would literally be a disaster. Thanks to Vic and Scully, Zoie is a solid number for Kate and Sam as long as they maintain a relationship with her. Corey has already proven he is not.
I'm more worried about the Wojans, Brian especially. I'm glad he's got Jesse, and I think it's obvious that Miller is most likely the first boot on that tribe. If Haida goes to a second tc though, I think he's going to have a much harder time surviving.
I think Miller is a likely first boot from Haida as well. Should they lose again, the obvious boots would be either Brian or Jesse as they weren't on OG Tagish with the other three guys. That would isolate Jared/Jenna from potentially working with them again down the line though. I hope that Jesse/Brian can find a footing with Sean/Chris and swing it so Tyler would be the next boot after Miller, as it would only upset Casey who really doesn't have anyone else she's loyal to.
Also Brian is going to be gone for the entire challenge, hopefully he can help his tribe somewhat although he's going to some place named Kansasville, Wisconsin, so I'm not sure they have internet there yet because that sounds like a made up place, but he said he's going to try to check in. I hope that Haida is able to pull off a win so that he isn't an easy boot for not being around :/

Any chance we see Brian and Miller rekindle their relationship from last season and pull in Chris (since he at least seems aware Sean is a #thrat) and Jesse?

Brian did say he wanted to try to repair his relationship with Miller somewhat since in Palmyra all they did was be against each other the whole game
On another watch of Sam's confessional -- apparently after Jared on Sam's boot list is Zoie!? Despite the fact that Corey lied to Sam, she'd rather boot Zoie second? I don't entirely understand that logic. I'm all for this "The North Remembers" storyline with Jared getting comeuppance and Corey having to watch his ally go, but why sleep on him afterwards?

You have no idea how bad I've wanted Brian and Miller to smooth things over ever since that final tribal council. I love them both to death!
Only problem is Chris made a comment to Sean early on in the game where he basically was saying he isn't sure if he can trust Miller not to have a secret alliance again (his instincts were right) and Sean has been really inflating the target on Miller which I think he's been doing to take the focus off of the fact that he's actually won this game. Sucks for Miller's game but for Sean it was a good idea. I just found it strange he chose to put the Target on Miller who was someone I saw him potentially working with. This game is full of surprises that's for sure!
