For centuries, totems have told stories far and wide across Canada's great pacific province of British Columbia. These totems represent the lineage and legacy of Native Canadians who have paved the way long before us. Tonight, you will follow in the footsteps of the ancestors of this land. These monuments will continue to stand long after this game, and will tell your story to those who pass by of your legacy.

This season, there are five totem pieces that you will collect to build two types of totem poles. There is a sixth item that you can catch which has it's own benefits. The the first five items are: Venti Vanguard, Mother & Son, Kavachi King, Harley's Heroine, and the Wildcard Warrior.

The sixth item, the dreamcatcher, may be one tribe's dream and another tribe's nightmare. This is a unique item that allows the person who caught it to put a member of an opposing tribe into a dream state for one hour. When posted you must state the name of the person that you're putting to sleep. That person will not be allowed to catch any items or post until the next dreamcatcher comes up, one hour later. The person who is coming back into the game from their sleep is allowed to catch that next dreamcather.

At 8:50 PM EST on July 17th, the last dreamcatcher will serve as a wildcard option. The first person who claims this wildcard dreamcatcher can trade it in for any totem piece of their choosing. For those of you who need one more piece to complete a totem, the wildcard is for you.


The VENTI VANGUARD will be available at the top of the hour :00




The MOTHER AND SON will be available at :10




The KAVACHI KING will be available at :20




The HARLEY'S HEROINE be available at :30




The WILDCARD WARRIOR will be available at :40




The DREAMCATCHER will be available at :50





ONLY ONE KIND OF ITEM WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY GIVEN TIME.

The first person to correctly post the provided image at the appropriate time will earn that piece for their tribe. The goal is to collect as many pieces to build totems as possible. The entire challenge will take place here in this thread.

Every group of three: VENTI VANGUARD, KAVACHI KING and WILDCARD WARRIOR will give your tribe one large totem, which is worth two points.



Every group of two: MOTHER AND SON and HARLEY'S HEROINE will give your tribe one small totem, which is worth one point.



Once you have collected one of each in these groupings, you score. Collecting 10 VENTI VANGUARD pieces will do you no good if you haven't collected the KAVACHI KING & WILDCARD WARRIOR pieces as well.

The dreamcatcher does not have a point value, as it has it's own advantages and disadvantages.


EXAMPLE

It's the top of the hour.

SAMM posts the Venti Vanguard at 7:00:00 pm
ASHLEE posts the Venti Vanguard at 7:00:02 pm
RJ posts the Venti Vanguard at 7:01:00 pm

To post the Venti Vanguard, all you're doing is posting the image at the right time. To post the Mother and Son, same thing. ect.

SAMM would get the point because he was the first person to post the Venti Vanguard at the correct time. You do not have to post right on the dot, but the first person to post within that ten minute period will get it. Meaning if no one posts an Venti Vanguard by ten after, then it will go uncaught by all tribes. ASHLEE and RJ must delete their post in order to avoid a -1 point penalty when results are tallied.

Non-deleted posts by the end of the challenge result in a -1 point.

You may NOT personally catch back to back items. You may not catch another item until another person catches one in between. So if you catch the VENTI VANGUARD at :00, and no one catches the MOTHER AND SON at :10, you may still not catch the KAVACHI KING since no one has claimed an item between you.

Every participating member of each tribe must catch at least one item during the course of the challenge. Every member out of the 6 participating that does not catch an item will result in a -4 penalty to your overall score - extremely detrimental.

This challenge will be a free for all, you are all competing against each other to claim pieces, but the tribe(s) with the least amount of points from totem poles will be heading to tribal council to vote someone out.

If there’s a tie, the number of items you collect outside of your scored points (the extra) will break it. If this also results in a tie, the number of items of the tribe member who caught the least will break the tie.
