Woooh, another live challenge. I'm guessing because it's live, we won't be merging after this, it'll be another round, maybe even two. I've been mulling on this Chase situation all night. Fabio didn't seem that into it making him a target, which is really weird to me. He even kind of seemed to push away from it, like he didn't want me thinking about it. It just might be my paranoia, but I'm more and more thinking it's four against three. What I'm hoping is that Matty doesn't feel the same way and sees how much of an obvious game move this was. You can't miss stuff like this, opportunities to counter sure game moves. I still haven't gotten to REALLY play the game yet, and with this Chase thing, it's irritating, because it feels like people are waiting for a vote to REALLY play, to start going after a guy, giving yourselves a Mike in this game. I'm damn near after Chase completely in this game after the Exile incident, and I don't care if it seems like a small thing, it's enough for me. Plus, as off as he may seem at times, and while he's for sure new to the game of Survivor, he understands it enough. I know he can play for real, and making sure Misty got to Exile showed that. He's a guy that I feel could win challenges, make friends, and find the hidden immunity idol. As somebody trying to legitimately win this game, that makes Chase a threat to me. I don't want to go to people and be like "We HAVE to vote out Chase", not yet, I don't have to. I still need to play it smart. You don't win in the pre-merge really, the merge is when the real game starts IMO. If we have to go to tribal before then, I'll make something happen, but I'd love to wait it out and then really get it cooking in Chef TFreddy's kitchen. | |

So yeah, we're going to tribal, and I'm not surprised at all. Our "organization" in that challenge wasn't as good as it may have seemed and our speed was 1000000x worse. Those girls are insane in challenges, but I don't really care. It's not like I've ever done well in them, so I see them as threats, but only in challenges at this point, and that's the smallest kind of threat to a challenge flop like me. This challenge, I kept things consistent, and kind of sucked. I got some tasks in, but could barely do any of the ones I was actually assigned. I don't think it'll put a target on my back, but you never know. Speaking of that target, I feel like I may be at risk in this vote. In parts, it for what I probably will do: call out Chase. Brett is saying we should feel where people are at, but I don't see WHY we should not take Chase out. I mean, he's a good guy, but he showed his cards completely. Fabio is suggesting Kathy, and I'm not interested in it obviously. I'm loyal to that three, and I would love to get solid majority. If we get by this round, we can tie and probably stay safe if it's not a merge, but I feel like I may not be able to fight Kathy going off, unless I get aggressive with the Chase thing, and that could completely screw me. I need to play this safe, but I also want to make a big move. I don't really feel like I'll be the target, so it opens up a chance for me to make something happen. I want to SO badly, but I feel like I may have to end up riding the wave this round. | |

Chase is literally dancing me around who he wants out, he will not give me a straight up name lol, he's saying he wants to least active person out and is "just hoping everybody is on the same page." Either he's dumb and just won't say Kathy's name out or is dumb and thinks I won't sniff him trying to play me. I'm pissed off and confused either way. | |

Chase is such a freakin' enigma. I feel like he's really good at the game for somebody 100% new, but he constantly shows his one season knowledge, and that speech or whatever he just gave me is another sign of it. The annoying thing is, he's good at the game, so I'm 99.9% sure he has us Oronars pinned and is basically choosing which one of us to get out today with the other guys. It'll be Kathy, which is good for me, but I'm so pissed right now, because I feel like I'm in a helpless position. If I try to get Chase out, it makes it seem like Oronar is 100000% together, which is already the belief, and is true, so that shuts that down. But, CHASE NEEDS TO GO. So I have no idea what I can do for now. I'm PRAYING we merge tomorrow with all this news. I think (I HOPE) they like me most so that I stay even if we lose next, but Brett has some ammo on me to throw me under the bus (though I have the exact same on him basically). If we did merge next, I'm pretty sure they would not just decimate us, it would probably become guys vs. girls. Our tribe has pegged basically every chick on that tribe as a major challenge threat (I'll probably call them The Challenge Chicks from now on). I'm completely fine with ovting them out if that does become the case and I'm still here, unless it's Chelsea, then we have problems.It's crazy how "easy" this game looked just a round ago. Oronar was split up, but looking solid, and now we're likely going down to just three original members left. It suuuucks. I'm completely stuck in a position where I have to do what I'm told at this point. Trying to flip the script would be too dangerous with what seems to be going on. I did not come here to go out pre-jury, and I DEFINITELY did not come here to just ride with a majority and end up 6th or 5th. When I get the chance and the time is right, I WILL get the people out of this game that I want out, or I'll go home trying. | |

Chase is being awkward and annoying af the way he is handling this. I told him to just straight up tell me who he was voting for, basically completely telling him I was voting for Kathy, and then telling him he didn't even have to say who, just say yes if he got my hints (which were OBVIOUS). And he STILL wouldn't tell me. I got this crap:
"You tell me if you think you wanna do the same person."
I almost exploded at school, no lie lol. Smdh. WTF does that even mean???? I left pissed off and told him right out that I would vote Kathy and got:
"OK man."
GRRRRRRRRRRRR. I can't believe I gave him probably all that he wanted. This is one of the most annoying positions I've ever been in. I'm safe (I think, I hope), but I'm also screwed and helpless. What I'm hoping is after this vote, people stop playing stupid, and I mean that in multiple ways. I hope that stop playing votes stupidly, with all this secretive and code word-like crap *cough* CHASE *cough*. I hope that quit playing tribal lines in a game where the numbers are barely separated, and won't be at all after this vote. At least not for me, Oronar will be the minority after this vote, that's a guarantee. And I hope people open up their eyes to actually playing the game. I hate all this "play to your tribe strengths" stuff. That's something you do for maybe two rounds. Once you swap, like Matty said, but doesn't seem to be following, you set yourself up for the endgame. Voting out Kathy isn't setting up my endgame, it's screwing it over. But there's nothing I can do about it. | |

And of course, I'm a bit afraid that it could be me tonight. Matty finally has told me he's hearing Kathy and Brett, which I want to believe, but at the same time don't lol. My name has to have been brought up if they're targeting Oronar, I don't think I'm good enough with anybody for them to be like "Well, we're for sure not going after Tyler." But at the same time, I don't feel like I'm a big target or inactive challenge liability to where I deserve a blindside. But rarely have I felt like I deserve a blindside, and it's still happened to me. Time, after time, after time. So, until the votes are read, I won't feel safe really. If I see even one vote for me, I'm gone. My heart will pound scrolling through the thing. I'm just hoping it's not my name at the end of it all. | |

And, I'm risking it. I'm risking my entire game for Kathy. It was a split second decision, but I've told Matty straight up I want Chase out tonight. It could completely screw me and have me out instead, but I'm not about to sit around here and get screwed, not the way this people are playing. Go big or go home time came earlier than I thought it would. | |
