Nah I'm not that mad actually, I just wanted to make the little joke :P Bichoff = Bitches off, I'M FUNNY!
ALRIGHT so, congrats on to the 3 of you. I'm going to start off by saying that I'm a fairly biased voter. One of you is a good friend of mine and a happy friend I made in this game, and the other two of you well... I didn't have as good of a relationship! Yes I am bias, but I still hope to ask hardhitting questions that the jury/myself would like to know, so don't take my questions lightly! I'm sure the jury is itching to vote for the most deserving, so give it your all on these!
Chelsea - I'm starting with you first, the easiest to talk about. You mentioned how you had "poor conversation skills" with me in this game... however, that's a lie. You didn't have poor conversation skills, you just straight up didn't have conversations with me at all in this game. Implying that you had "poor conversation skills" means that you gave at least an effort and just couldn't do better because of a lacking in skill or talent. No no no, you didn't bother!! Theres a big difference Chelsea! You see, where Brett at least bothered to spend some inkling moments of time with me, and where Fran spent LOADS of time with me, you just uh... didn't really bother at all. I wasn't the first juror either, I was juror number three, which means you had a whole WEEK to try to talk to me! And you didn't... at all. Every conversation we had was instigated by me. Chelsea, I honestly just dont understand that mindset. In a social game like Survivor, you shouldn't get to the end and expect to win or get votes and still alienate individuals in this game who got a fair distance. If I was the first juror, I would understand. Maybe you were busy. However you had ROUNDS where you could've talked to me and didn't! That's fairly disappointing
Brett - Brett, what can I say! I liked you enough, but you can't deny that you cockteased me so hard on the day I went out that it actually hurt! In all those rounds where I voted you, I apologized and I said sorry, but I never lied to you, led you to believe I was voting with you, or did anything similar to what you did. You simply took all my confidence, led me on, and then threw it away. I know I voted you twice, but that really doesn't explain why you led me on. What you did was either sociopathic (you wanted harsh revenge for me voting you) or cowardly (you were afraid to tell me no), and both qualities are poor ones of a Survivor winner. Hey, at least you played the game and you were more active than Chelsea, but you just kind of toyed with my emotions for no forseeable reason! I firmly believe that you didn't work for your "middleman", swing vote placement in the game. You were meerily PLACED there thanks to luck. Prove me wrong!
Fran - I'm insanely happy that you're here! I dont think words can accurately describe how happy I am that your here, so I"m just going to use cold hard facts. In the waking hours, in the last few moments of my time in this game, I spent it talking to you and confiding myself within you. The reason I did that wasn't strategic, and it wasn't an emotional play. It was purely personal, because I enjoyed spending time with you in this game :)
However I'm noticing a lie that hurt me in this game. The round I left, I asked if you had anything going on that I didnt' know about within Chonos. You told me no, but in this jury speech that seemed to not be true, as you did have a deal with Chase and Misty that I knew nothing about. Why would you lie to me, your good friend, about that detail even after Chase was gone? It kinda stung but I think I'll get over it ;)
Everyone - Answer this, because the other less bias jurors will read these and appreciate them! I want you to rank the jury in 2 ways. I want you to rank them on a personal level (who you liked/appreciated the most), and on a strategic level (who you were affiliated with most in the game). I also want you all to compare each juror to a television show - Friends, Game of Thrones, etc. No long descriptions necessary, just little tidbits/a few sentences each. However, for the people ranked near the top of your "personal" ranking, I would love some quotes or instances of friendship to show our social game.
Thanks! Matt out! | |

I can't go into detail tonight, but I talked about you with people in the cast. Whether it was intentional or not, you talked down to me when you did speak to me, by saying things like people controlled me or were changing my mind for me.
Fran said you didn't mean it, but regardless it did come off as very condescending. I will talk about it with you in private if you would like. And I will go in detail later.

Heya Matt. I will get to the comparison question tomorrow. But I want to address the first one right now.
Firstly, I loved our conversations as well. I picked you first because I was afraid Hali or Chelsea would snag you if I didn't. I am so incredibly happy to call you my friend in this game and after it.
As for the deal with Chase. Yes Chase, Misty and I formed an alliance as soon as Chonos tribe was picked. To me this was a mix of Chase being close to Misty from the get go and us three being around the time the tribe pick happened. But on old Chonos, I still felt a lot closer to you than I did to Chase. And on the day you were going to get voted out, I did not want to make you feel possibly worse by giving you the impression that you were a probable 4th wheel on old Chonos. I never saw you that way. Maybe that was me being selfish or being afraid of not wanting to make you feel bad about me on your way out. You were already so bummed, I just didn't have the heart to make it worse :( I am sorry that I lied about it.
I will do the comparison question tomorrow. Thanks again Matt :)

you literally told me that Brett decided the vote, so how did he not control you based off of the information you told me? lol.

I never said Brett decided my vote..
And clearly projecting the vote onto Brett takes the target off me. That doesn't mean you can flat out say to my face he decides things for me, cause it was never the case. It comes off as rude and condescending.

My personal and strategic ranking turned out to be the same.
1. Misty
2. Ciera
3. Matt B
4. Hali
5. John K
6. Tyler
7. Fabio
8. Matty
Ok so I am interpreting the TV show question slightly differently. Let me know if this works. This is my relationship with/how I feel about these shows. I also want to apologize about the length of this answer. Most of these are TV shows that I love so I wanted to express it in as much detail as possible.
Tyler - Agents of SHIELD.
AoS is a slow burn. You need to give it some time to grow on you. If you don't you just won't enjoy it. But if you do, you can enjoy a rich and entertaining story. With just a little more time to adapt, Tyler could have done wonders in this game.
Misty - Friends
This one was very obvious to me. Friends is a show that you can randomly select any season, any episode and you're in for a great time. It will make you laugh, it will tug at your heart strings and it will make you invested in the lives of the characters. So many of Misty and my conversations were about her work at Disney. She was awaiting some great news at the end of June and I really want to know if she got confirmation on it. I need her to tell me all about it after this is over. Our chats about her boyfriend from Australia brought back my own fond childhood memories of when I visited there and had so much fun. Talking with Misty was like talking to a school friend or a neighbor I have known for years.
Matt B - Arrow
Arrow is, I think, single handedly responsible for ushering in the comic book TV show era that is prominent today. It gets a bit of a bad rap for being dark and not everyone's cup of tea. But beyond the supposed silliness of a man in tights jumping off of rooftops and fighting bad guys at night, the characters are very well written, the plot threads are progressed with sure foresight and a solid direction. Matt B was misunderstood by a few of you and because of that you wrote him off. But he is such a sweet heart and can be relied upon to be s metaphoric shoulder to rest your head on or just to talk to about your day and shoot the breeze. He is also always looking to improve himself IRL much like the lead of the Arrow is always striving to train harder and push himself further. I remember him jokingly asking me what he needs to do in order to get my kind of IRL job LOL :P He works hard at juggling his work and school and is a stand up guy through and through.
Fabio - Joey
This maybe a little unknown of a show. Joey was a spin-off of Friends. It wasn't for everyone. They tried to recapture the magic of Friends but it just wasn't the same. Joey's character is the one who wants to befriend everyone and keep everyone happy. But that just doesn't work out for him and some people get rubbed the wrong way. That summarizes Fabio and my relationship in the game.
Matty - Undateable
No offense intended with the name itself. Undateable is a very run-of-the-mill, by the numbers sitcom. The characters have no depth. There is no complexity or nuances in the story. The jokes, while funny here and there, are largely predictable. I am sure Matty IRL is a great guy but in this game he was just another player who floated till the top 7 to me.
Hali - Person of Interest
POI is one of my absolute favorite shows. It is so beautifully complex. The writers are extremely intelligent. They pay close attention to layered character development and intentional nuanced storytelling with subtle foreshadowing and keeping all the different plot threads coherent and complementing each other. That for me characterizes Hali. She is not only great at the game as a player, she is a wonderful person. She was able to turn me, someone who initially couldn't stand talking to her, into one of her biggest fans. A truly unique individual. I'd like to mention one specific instance between Hali and I. Sorry if this is long but this is one of my most vivid memories of Hali. On the day of the Fabio vote, once Ciera found the idol, I acted very rudely towards a lot of people. Including Hali. Until this point, my conversations with Hali were fairly dry and led to nowhere. But on this day I really prodded her and passive aggressively said mean things to her face. Instead of being angry at me or giving me a taste of my own medicine, she took it absolutely in stride and seamlessly changed gears from being non-committal and distant with me to being up front and open. This is a truly remarkable quality that is so rare where Hali can read the need of the situation, understand the point of view of the person she is interacting with and act on it accordingly while still making sure she doesn't jeopardize her standing in any way. It is a wonder to behold and I am so very glad to have experienced this side of her.
Ciera - Seinfeld
Seinfeld was a show ahead of its time. It is one of the, if not the funniest shows I have ever seen. The humor is not character driven but is based on everyday events. It can take any common situation that we have all encountered numerous times and turn it into a hilarious sketch. Ciera is so full of spunk and positivity that one chat with her drove all my exhaustion of the day away. A particularly funny exchange that I remember with Ciera is how she was at class and they had to do presentations. Now pretty much no one likes to make a presentation. She wonderfully described how she was busy doing the exile island task when others were presenting theirs. And everyone else was on their phones while she was doing hers :P Its something we all know and expect yet she put it in a way that made me giggle and smile. The professor even complimented Ciera at the end about her presentation being amazing. An icing on an already delicious and hilarious cake.
John K - OITNB
Admittedly, I only JUST started watching OITNB. I do not know much details about it. What I do know is that it is a heartfelt story at its core. As far as I have seen, it isn't so much about the conflicts in prison or the sex, it is about a general feeling of camaraderie among these ladies who have made mistakes in their past and are now trying to get their lives back on track. John has this amazing quality of making you feel better about yourself. I called him a "smooth talker" at various points during the game. I didn't so much mean that as a snide comment but more that he is so endearing that you tend to lose yourself in the conversations with him. I remember one night we stayed up late talking about where we grew up, about enjoying swimming, kayaking, how he was going to go white water rafting later in the year, his dear dog Bo who has been with him for the entirety of his teenage life. But he effortlessly mixed all these conversations with events of the game and the future and we were both open and honest with each other. At the end he really wanted to Skype which I couldn't because it was 3.00am and I couldn't risk waking up my roommates. They are cranky at me as it is :P I really look forward to this chat after the game.
Thanks again for the question Matt :) Let me know if you need anything more.

I just looked through our chat history this day, and my favorite statement was "It takes real skill to type a lot without actually saying anything" LOL

Chelsea yes the point is that you deflected the target onto him, but then you would have to deal with me believing that you didn't decide that vote because you wanted me to believe that Brett did something lol. That's the whole point of this.
I believed Brett did something because of what you said. Then you get mad at me for believing what you said? You can't honestly foray the target onto Brett by telling me that he's deciding the votes, and then be mad when I ask you to think independently from Brett.

The way you worded it put it like that Matt. I know it doesn't matter now, but our entire convo throughout the game was you talking to me like that. And I told Fran I don't think you meant it, but it came off like that, and that is the reason I did not talk to you. People in the game even said what you told me was rude, people sitting in the jury with you.

Personal Rankings
1. John - We talked a lot about out interest in photoshop, our interesting in TV shows like OITNB, and one night we just talked about so much different things for an hour, I would list them all but it's not my place to say all of them.
2. Tyler - Tyler was my bestest friend early on, we talked about everything early on.
3. Misty - We talked a lot about her working at Disney, it was great.
4. Matty

8. Matt
Strategic
1. John
2. Tyler

8. Matt
John - Walking Dead because you're a popular guy just like the show is, me and everyone else loves you.
Ciera - Two broke girls, show is hilarious just like her.
Hali - Dexter because I feel like in this game to me at least, you were going to be this silent killer who would have killed me in the game. Taken me out.
Matty - Grey's Anatomy because people on your show (Hali and John) ended up voting you out. Like Katherine Keigl did when she declined the Emmy.
Fabio - Game of thrones because that is all people talked about, and your name was constantly in people's mouth. Even after you left people wanted revenge for you.
